Horrible customer service. I went into the lobby and waited at least 5 minutes before I was ever acknowledged just to be told I have to go thru the drive thru. 3 ladies working look d at me several times and never said a word and someone came from the back to tell me. I realized everyone is short staffed right now but one of the three ladies could have acknowledged me and just said we're sorry you have to go through the drive-thru. pretty simple task.
If you order on the app & the inside is closed. You have no warning. You don’t know until you walk up to the door & see the sign. So. Then you have to get back in the car, go back onto 378 & get back in drive through line. And wait. The purpose of mobile ordering is so you can order it and it’s ready when you get there, but they say the have no way to give you a heads up on the app. I also watched them walk a bag out to another car so I called to ask how I can get my...read full review
