I had a bad accident with a Venti iced coffee all in my lap...I walked in to try & clean up & almost immediately a barista saw my struggle & replaced my drink. Really makes a difference for someone who's used to taking care of others & not used to asking for help. TYSM!!

Ordered a large and got this. Didn't realize it until I pulled past the window and the line was wrapped around the building. Way to make a pregnant lady upset first thing in the morning! So much for that tip I guess. Not sure how to upload picture but it's a small!

Our hotel was behind Dunkin, but being Easter Sunday, they closed early. So, my husband ran to Starbucks to have coffee with our dessert we brought back to our room with us. He had never had a Starbucks. Over 15 years of marriage and I never knew this. We didn't get anything special. Just two regular coffees. But, boy they were good!!
I’ve been here before and just thought it was dirty due to being busy. Nope. They don’t clean. In addition, they told my bf that they don’t do extra caramel drizzle at this location, but it’s listed on the cup. Ok. Here’s how to do it, if you ever want to help like your other locations.

Busy location but they are always fast and friendly. This location recently removed a display case and added additional seating, even though there was already a good amount of seating previously. The general vibe is better than the Saluda Pointe location, which has apparently recently unionized.
