I’ve been here before and just thought it was dirty due to being busy. Nope. They don’t clean. In addition, they told my bf that they don’t do extra caramel drizzle at this location, but it’s listed on the cup. Ok. Here’s how to do it, if you ever want to help like your other locations.

Busy location but they are always fast and friendly. This location recently removed a display case and added additional seating, even though there was already a good amount of seating previously. The general vibe is better than the Saluda Pointe location, which has apparently recently unionized.

Want to sincerely thank Manager Estobon and the entire crew at Lexington Starbucks for providing much-needed coffee for the US Marines and volunteers who are sorting thousands of kids toys for the USMC Toys for Tots Program. I can see my order sitting where I can’t reach it, I’ve already told someone I was here to pick it up a free having to flag someone down because they just looked at me like i’m stupid and the girl Said she would get it, then proceeded to make two other drinks and then just walked away. I ended up having to fly somebody down to finally tell them to give me my things before it melted.

I waited for over 30 mins for my order. I watched customers who came in and ordered after me receive their order before me. When I asked the cashier to check on it they were very nonchalant with me. The south lake drive location is my go to from now on.
