Recently locked my keys in trunk w/my Target groceries. Have health cond.so they allowed me to sit in Starbucks to wait till help arrived. I have never been treated so wonderful by a small group of employees in my life! They were so friendly, professional, & catered to my needs. A HUGE thank you all that were there!

Staff takes forever to assist you, even if you're the only person in line and they have 2-3 workers. They just hope you leave or walk away. They didn't most items, like Chai or Oatmilk. The area is super dirty, trash all over the floor, counters dirty.

We ordered two venti English breakfast tea Lattes and when we got them they were hot drinks. We went up to the counter to the lady who had made them and asked why we were given hot drinks. She gave us an attitude and told us we were wrong. We continually asked for a remake and she began to remake them. We got the drinks around 15 minutes later and just like the first time they were hot. Unimpressed.
