Worst inside location I've ever been in and I've visited hundreds over 10+ states! Walked in, floor was messy and dirty. The last taking orders didn't acknowledge is for 3 minutes. She was wearing a mask, her preference, but it was very dirty and she mumbled when talking to us, we could barely understand her. When asked to repeat herself she got an attitude. She didn't ring our order up right, didn't repeat it when I asked just told me the total 3 times. However, the young lady making the drinks asked what our order was and I told her and she made them the correct way and apologized for the previous ladies attitude. Maybe I would've had a different experience is I came on a different day but this was my experience today.
I usually do not go to Starbucks but received a gift card for there. Jacob was phenomenal, very professional, answered all of my questions & pleasant the whole time ! I would come back to this location because of this experience.
I love all my local Starbucks, my granddaughter works there so I might be biased, but all of them are great!
Went to order a drink through drive through, I was kindly asked to speak up and I spoke louder confirming “Can you hear me? No response. Is this better?” and the gentleman said yes and some female voice went to holler saying they were just asking me to speak up bc they couldn’t hear me with a problem in her tone… I simply explained to her I was confirming with the guy if he could hear me… I pulled up to the window scanned my card (and got no receipt btw)…they handed me my drink ( 4 inches empty from the top) I asked why my drink looked so empty and if that’s how the drink comes he said yes then hand me my food … I asked who the young lady was that got in our conversation at drive thru and he stated he didn’t know who I was talking about, acting oblivious. I asked to speak to the manager and when I did I mention the whole situation and she offered me more milk for my drink but could not confirm who spoke that way in drive thru and kept apologizing about the drink… the staff is rude… I always come by and I have NEVER been spoken to this way. What a great way to start my day. Thank you.
Worst Starbucks in lexington. Staff is the least polite and friendly of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Obviously management is too because they can’t keep staff and are frequently closed in the middle of the day!
Often closed at random times and turns off its mobile ordering for no reason. Very inconsistent service, though the people here are always friendly. Wouldn’t suggest this location if you’re in a rush, though.
Service was amazing and coffee was great
Clean, quiet, nicely furnished and good coffee.
The best store most fun store ever
Quick service. Got what I ordered. At one point, the cashier was speaking to another worker, which confused us during our order.

Friendly staff. Coffees are usually really good when I'm traveling that way.

The worst employee I ever seen at Starbucks.
Lindsay and Harper seemed to be annoyed to work there and gave sarcastic? Smart attitude in drive thru. Never really liked going to this location because the service is always slow and seems short staffed. I wish they can improve on their service.

There appears to be far less coffee in the handcrafted beverages. My go to drink is Caramel Macchiato. Lately it tastes a though it's all mixture with a shot of coffee.
The prices are increasing, the coffee and rewards are decreasing.

This is a small Starbucks, but they have an awesome table inside that seats 10-12!
