I HATE that I have to give Starbucks a one star rating, but it's just this one. I HATE that I have a Starbucks a mile from my house, but I don't go to it because staff acts rude & entitled when their service is slow and for whatever reason their drinks don't taste like every other Starbucks???? Idk if it is the water they brew with or what's going on, but the drinks taste bad. So I have to go to the one at 5555 sunset OR the one directly across from my work, which is great- just hard to get back over the bridge with traffic in the A.M.

Just picked up an order and instead of giving me the spicy falafel pocket that I ordered, they gave me the jalapeño chicken one. I could not tell until I I got home and took a bite saying they look similar. This is the second time my food had been mixed up at this location in the last couple weeks. Extremely disappointed

This location is always out of stuff. Protein boxes, bakery items, and breakfast sandwiches. It’s a crapshoot if you’re going to get what you came for.

I sometimes feel like I'm on Cheers, where everybody knows my name. Lol sad to say my Starbucks habit might be a bit bad...I wish there were more sugar free or lower sugar options, or just more options for flavors in general. However, I have a hard time breaking a streak. They tempt you with bonus points if you don't miss a day going, I love points, this totally works on me. They are marketing geniuses. They get me to spend more money on a cup of coffee than I do sometimes on a full meal. Ugh, I have a problem...lol
