Ordering an ordinary, Pike Place Roast, drip coffee and you will wait 10+ minutes longer than your mobile order estimated time. They will somehow make 25 specialty drinks before being able to make a simple, regular, drip for them, coffee.

I’m making this review bc I’m honestly fed up. It doesn’t matter how early I order in the morning, I’m always waiting an extremely long time for it! I placed my order at 5:55AM and did not walk out of Starbucks until 6:15AM. The inside had 5 people total and 2 cars were in the driveway. The app said it was supposed to be ready at 6:04AM and I did not get it until 6:15AM. This is ALL the TIME at this location. They had more staff than customers so I never understand whyyyyyy it takes so long! The is very upsetting bc it makes me let to work.

I HATE that I have to give Starbucks a one star rating, but it's just this one. I HATE that I have a Starbucks a mile from my house, but I don't go to it because staff acts rude & entitled when their service is slow and for whatever reason their drinks don't taste like every other Starbucks???? Idk if it is the water they brew with or what's going on, but the drinks taste bad. So I have to go to the one at 5555 sunset OR the one directly across from my work, which is great- just hard to get back over the bridge with traffic in the A.M.

Just picked up an order and instead of giving me the spicy falafel pocket that I ordered, they gave me the jalapeño chicken one. I could not tell until I I got home and took a bite saying they look similar. This is the second time my food had been mixed up at this location in the last couple weeks. Extremely disappointed
