If you’re ever on I-20 near Lexington, SC, pick Exit 51 for the BEST Starbucks experience. The staff is kind and efficient, the facility is clean and comfortable, and ofcourse the drinks are a yummy pick-me-up. They made my custom/specialty drink perfectly! AND they’re military-friendly; thw manager went out of his way to acknowledge/show appreciation! Please support this location!!!!

Perfect when they have your order ready. We live 3 min away so sometimes they say they are still working on the order if we placed it too late. They did have an issue where they made us pull forward because if we order at the drive-through it's the same as ordering ahead and they were being rude but the store manager handled it correctly.

I ordered on line to pick up at the drive thru window. The instructions said pull to the drive thru and ask barista for my order. It didn’t say window or where you would normally drive up and place order. I felt a bit chastised by the barista for pulling directly to the window. She wanted me to wait behind a truck that was placing their order. It doesn’t make sense to wait for my coffee which was sitting at the window behind someone who had just ordered. Drive thru pick up should be more convenient not less. Next time I will do an in store pick up. I guess it’s more convenient to park and go in. That way the barista isn’t inconvenienced by taking my name and handing the ready coffee to me 🤔

The boy at the window. Scaned my gift card and then tried to charge me more. Than what I owed. But I have noticed the cashier's don't like when you have a gift card because they have got to treat it as cash. And they want you to tip them for making your coffee. I my self don't think I should pay you extra to do your job. If I were in a restaurant and you were making waitress pay then I when tip you and only if you have earned it.
