The day that I visited, there was only wheat and flat bread available. They were out of several toppings as well, and this was during lunch time. I called back to let them know about an error, and the phone was off of the hook. Totally unacceptable! Management emailed me back two days later and told me to return the sandwich for a refund... It's in the trash! Ridiculous!

The people working at this location are not competent. They do not pay attention to what they are doing and the sandwiches are sloppy and are overall horrible. Bread is hard and not fresh. Customer service skills are below par. Been over a year since I've been here and the experience is the same. Will never return to this location. Now I understand why other locations have changed who they staff and hire.

This location should just close. No one is ever working- usually they are closed during business hours. We just stood in the line for about 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement, and when I asked the guy working at the register of the gas station if the Subway was open, he said, "she is back there somewhere," but was otherwise of no help. On our way out, the Subway employee was seen sitting in the eating area at a table. There is no way she couldn't have seen us or heard her asking if the place was open. This has been the norm for years now. I just wanted to give it a shot thinking things had changed at all over the years. Nope.

The older lady working today made us want to walk out and go somewhere else. She is lazy and rude. The young girl is really kind but needs help and the older lady was too concerned with stocking and not the line of customers waiting for over 20 minutes.
