Didn’t realize this was never posted this was about a month ago but adding another review tonight It’s 9:50 pm me and my husband just left the gym and needed to grab something to eat on the way home. This location normally stays open till at least 11. I know because my husband works down the road and works night shift sometimes. The employee is packing everything up and told us she’s closed with no reason why an hour and 40 minutes early as google says they close at 11:30

It says Open 24 Hours, but theres no workers there and theyre saying its closed?? And then they said they would be open at 6, and its 6 and its closed still, and nobody knows where the worker is.

Food was absolutely horrible my sandwich tasted like it was drenched in Italian dressing and I didn't even request Italian dressing on my sandwich the bread was soggy like it wasn't toasted at all which I asked for I had more onions and lettuce than anything I ordered online and I double checked 3 times to make sure it was too my liking but unfortunately it wasn't I guess I'm going to stick to going to the location and physically watch my food be made it was so disappointing oh it was located in the Walmart on platt springs road

Ms Anna was our sandwich maker and she was pleasant funny and helpful. Thank you Ms. Anna and make sure you treat yourself to a Miami trip 😉

I was so disappointed I had placed my mobile order here. Apparently the crew before 3rd decided to leave her nothing to start her shift with so it took me an hour and a half or more from the time I placed the order till I finally got it after waiting for a good 45 minutes in the store waiting for my order to be made even though it had been marked as ready at about 8:30 pm as it was scheduled to be ready. I don't blame the woman struggling to take care of us because she came in 15 to 30 minutes AFTER my order was supposedly already finished and ready for pick up. I had to drive another 1 and a half home so I am highly highly dissatisfied. I got all the way to Horrell Hill to find out she and I both had forgotten the 2 bags of chips that was supposed to be with the order but I definitely was not about to bother her about it. Lord knows her night was already starting out garbage and had the previous shift done there job then the sandwiches would have already been made and the chips would have already been in the bag so all she should have had to do was hand it to us. I'm tempted to call her manager just to make sure SHE got the time I left on my card when I ordered it online. The ones before her definitely don't deserve it!!!

I stopped in for a veggie sandwich for dinner, and while after preparation, the sandwich was visually appealing and the employee was friendly, helpful, and had a pleasant demeanor, unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.
The sandwich itself was very disappointing. The taste was off, and I couldn’t make it past the first few bites. The olives were soggy, bitter, and had an odd flavor, while the spinach also tasted unusual. Additionally, I noticed that the vegetables weren’t cold, which raises concerns about whether they are being stored at the proper temperature to maintain freshness.
Additionally, there was a lingering tingling sensation on my tongue, almost as if I had eaten something spicy, even though I hadn’t ordered anything with spice.
I also began to feel a headache coming on shortly after eating the sandwich, and I’m fairly certain it was triggered by something in the meal.
I will definitely be skipping this Subway restaurant moving forward. This particular experience just didn’t meet expectations.

every time i order from here something is wrong. they gave my partner the wrong cookies, the wrong drink, and one of my cookies seemed grossly underbaked. just wait until a different subway opens, the convenience of 24/7 service doesn't make the errors worth it
We frequent here often and me and my wife and I both decided not to order from here anymore. The two women that work every Wednesday are rude and slow, plus don't mind talking over your food. I always online orders usually have to wait even tho it says ready on the app. They never get it right. Something is always missing on the sandwiches. I don't know if it's due to age or incompetence, but I would suggest either sending them back to school or having their eyes checked. Horrible experience over and over again. You have lost my business for good. Terrible management to allow this to continue even tho I've sent multiple emails.
A mistake was made and yes I was upset but Ms. Seja was so polite and professional. I can only leave a 5 star. We need more amazing people like her. If the higher up ever see this she needs a QUALITY SERVICE RAISE.
Usually I get sad subs with little meat, but the 2 workers at around 12pm today were amazing, best subway I've had in a while and very quick.
