This was my go to store for about 4 months now, everything has always been fine but today I had placed an order 15 minutes before I got there, I show up and they said someone must have picked your order up, no big deal I wait for them to make me some new ones. I come back inside and ask for my order and they give me a bag with chips and drinks I didn’t order, I tried to grab the drinks that were mine from the fridge but the employee got mad and asked me to just keep the ones I had, whatever I go to my car and check the subs and they aren’t even mine !! They gave me someone else’s order ! So I go back and Finnaly get my subs after coming back and forth 2 times ! Never coming back again wasted my whole lunch hour and didn’t even get to enjoy!

I ordered my usual steak and cheese on a wrap. I guess subway likes to “save expenses” because he asks if I wanted a 6” or footlong. I said I want the wrap and he said I know you want half a wrap or a full wrap. Never have I been asked that. I said a full wrap. Do the normal thing go to pay and he charges me a footlong which for some reason at this store is 12.99.
On the website a footlong steak and cheese is 9.99 the wrap is 10.99. They definitely didn’t want to add any additional toppings.. even the lettuce was JUST sprinkled on. I asked for more and another LITTLE sprinkle of lettuce went on.
Didn’t even argue just decided to pay and leave and leave a review.
The wrap was fine.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Unless you want to get sick. They served me a sandwich with rotten eggs I took one bite and threw up. They refused to make me anything else or give a refund and acted like I was lying. Also been there a few times before and service is horrible since new Indian owners hired a bunch of teenagers who don’t know what they are doing. Avoid this place go to another subway.

The food was okay, the lady that did are food today on 8/18/24 7:40 she gave us little meat and little bit of vegetables I ask for more, she gave us more she didn’t coast for more veggies. But like the lettuce and the spinach she gave us dry mostly what people don’t like we didn’t get fresh spinach and lettuce but the other person that was making some else order he use fresh lettuce and spinach so what I mean to say she didn’t do the same thing what he did.

Did an order online with subway. Spend $40. Subway uses door dash. When order arrived, I was missing some of my food. I call the location. First off the young boy that answered the phone just said hello, I had to ask him if this was subway. Once he told me yes, I explained to him why I was calling and he said yes it did not get put in the bag my mistake. I asked about getting the food sent back out and he stated he was new to hold on. He comes back on the phone and gets my phone number. He then tells me he would call me back. 15 minutes goes by and I call them back. He claimed the owner was going to call me. At this time I requested my money back, he just kept saying the owner is going to call me. I asked to speak to the manager and he gets on the phone . I then ask him for my refund and he claimed the owner was going to call me and then refuses to give me a refund on the food I did not receive. Then he tells me they ate busy with customers and hangs up on me. I wait a while later and then no phone calls, so I drove to the location. When I walked in 1 person was in line so I started asking about my refund once again. The young man was just standing there so I asked for him to give me the refund. He said he didn't know how and then the other guy told him to call the owner. The owner wanted to call me on my phone but I insisted to speak to him at that time. He 1st said NY order was pick up and it was my fault the other food got left. When I told him it was for delivery he told me door dash was responsible for refunding me. I contacted door dash and the explained that it is subways responsible not theirs due to they collected the money not door dash. This subway stole my money. I would stay clear or this subway

This is my favorite Subway to go to. It's always super clean and everyone is really friendly. Bonus, they stock uncommon products that are hard to find in most Subways. My food is always great.

Got two 12-inch spicy Italians. There was very little meat on the sandwiches. There was a shield up in front so you were unable to see them prepare the sandwich. This was obviously intentional. Will never go there again!

I could not be more proud of this local Subway. I had a pretty significant order on Sunday March 3rd. It was ready 30 minutes early and they also called to confirm and let me know it was ready for pick up… very nice people, clean restaurant and quality food. I highly recommend you all vist this place!
