I ordered the 6 inch tuna today. The man behind the counter put 2 tiny scoops of tuna on the bread. I explained to him I probably wouldn't even be able to taste it so just throw it away and I will get food elsewhere. As I was leaving he said he would put 1 more tiny scoop but that 2 scoops is Subway's policy. As others have also stated, extremely limited toppings. Definitely not a $8 sandwich. When arriving home I realized the bread was extremely stale so I just threw it away. I wish I had just walked out. Most of the Lexington stores have changed ownership. Unless I can find a different Subway still owned by the original owner... I will not be spending my money with Subway again. Such a shame...

Worst location compared to other
The food was way too little. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t caught on. They are stingy with everything. Little protein with cheese, stingy even with the vegetables, and sauces. The only good thing is that it’s empty.. for this reason that it’s sucks for the amount they give.

Did not realize that this Subway was under new ownership. Do not order on the app because they will use little to half portions on their product. This is probably the same owner that's on Knox Abbott that has gotten himself into trouble over the years for not doing company standards. Our company used to get catered but has stopped. We will no longer go to this Subway. The previous owner was fantastic

Wei clean establishment. I old had 2 slices of meat on my sub and then I told the lady about a tomato having something on it she threw it back into the container and only left me with 2 tomatoes. This is the very first place where I have seen they are very particular about the amount of food given but paying full price. Not worth it coming and u wondered why the parking lot always seems empty. If you can’t provide the required about of food for your establishment then maybe food service is lot the right fit. I was still nice to leave a tip for just lettuce and vegetables.

Extremely slow. Not make it while you wait slow just slow moving.
Today, my family and I stopped by for a quick bite, and we were absolutely impressed! The cleanliness and quality of the food stood out, making it unlike any other Subway we’ve visited before.
We highly recommend this location, and an important detail to note: the establishment proudly holds an “A” rating!

This place was the best Subway ever under the prior ownership. The owner was very nice. He maybe worked too much, but he was always very accommodating and friendly.
The new owner isn't nearly as visible in the restaurant. The napkins in the dining area are often out of stock. They didn't have drink carriers when I really needed one. Also, they've been a bit skimpy on the toppings if I order ahead in the app and can't ask for more.
Honestly, despite all the complaints, it's still an above average Subway. I just miss the old owner as he created an exceptional experience.
Super friendly employees who enjoy conversation! It was great holding a conversation with them!
Workers refused to make more sweet tea In the middle of the day… After I paid for it. Told me to get unsweetened tea and just to add sugar which tasted old!!

This subway is the best! It’s CLEAN, the food is fresh and the staff is friendly and accommodating! I’ve been there for a regular lunch day and have also used their catering services too. Top notch! Thankful to have them in our community.

Full of idiots. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich w no vegetables and they gave me one full of lettuce and tomatoes. Idk how it’s so difficult to make literally the simplest sandwich but this is the second time they’ve done it and idk if they can’t read or what. Literally go to any other subway. The one by Walmart has never given me any issues go there instead.
