The staff went above and beyond to make my toddler, my friend and I feel welcome. The bagels were amazing. We will be coming back regularly. The man with the red hair especially (sorry I didn’t catch the name) gave exceptional customer service. Give that guy a raise if possible. :)

10 outta 10 would recommend! First time in and boy was it worth it! Never had a steamed bagel much less 1 as a sandwich. 100% will return for lunch. Has a fantastic conversation with the franchisee (owner/manager). Y'all give it a try. Ya won't be disappointed.

It’s a hit or miss on this place. The food can be cold and some days it can be warm.

My daughters and I received coupons at Lexington Night Out so we stopped by today. The young man who took our order was patient and answered all of our questions as it was our first time there. Everything was delicious and my girls are already asking when we can visit again 😊

This place was awesome! We met the owner and everyone was very friendly, kind, and welcoming! Oh and the steamers were a 100/10!

Takes me back to memories of the first office deli I visited where hot sandwiches are steamed. They have plenty of options for both sandwich fixings and bagels plus excellent service.

Breakfast sandwiches are overrated and overpriced, and very small. I have to give them one more try for lunch sandwiches and see if they can redeem themselves. So far no-good.. Demasiado chiquitos los sandwiches de desayuno y caros.

Came in for the first time last week and had a great experience! Food was good and perfect place to bring kids to eat with kids tables, coloring pages, and cartoons on the TV.

We always enjoy lunch at Sully’s Steamers! I stopped in with my 3 girls on Saturday… the owner, Brandon, took our order and went above and beyond accommodating one picky girl’s preferences in her order. It was my twins birthday, so he gifted us a sweet dessert treat. And as we sat and ate, I could hear that every customer who came in received the same great, personalized service. It is truly a local place with a heart for the community. And the food is great! Everyone cleaned their plates, except me… my sandwich was so big I can make another meal of it! For 4 meals, we paid about the same as we would at a chain fast food restaurant, with MUCH better quality and service.
