The Lexington location window attendant was not pleasant, lacks any people skills and actually rolled her eyes when I asked for fire sauce. This was my first and LAST visit! Take a lesson from Chicfila's playbook--they know what customer service looks like and trains/demands their employees well!

I specifically drive to this Taco Bell because of issues with the one further down Sunset. The employees at this location are always so nice and the food is always accurate and good. I always pull off from the drive thru talking about how kind everyone at this location is but I have to say last night really put it over the top. I always pull to the side to make sure I have everything I need before I leave and one kind soul wrote on the wrappers exactly what the item was.
I know most people come on Google to complain but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for always being nice and for ALWAYS getting my husband’s very specific order right and packaging everything carefully. I really do appreciate the effort this location makes.

The worst taco bell in terms of service. Food is fine, though order is often wrong. Worse is the wait. Multiple times, I've sat in drive through for 30 mins after ordering through app. My son waited 45 mins picking up our food last week. It's close to my house but I'm done eating there until management gets it together.

This is the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible! You better not be in a hurry if you go here. The past three times, I have been here I have had to wait 30-40 minutes to get my food, and they were not abnormally busy. It will definitely be the last time I go!
