I specifically drive to this Taco Bell because of issues with the one further down Sunset. The employees at this location are always so nice and the food is always accurate and good. I always pull off from the drive thru talking about how kind everyone at this location is but I have to say last night really put it over the top. I always pull to the side to make sure I have everything I need before I leave and one kind soul wrote on the wrappers exactly what the item was.
I know most people come on Google to complain but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for always being nice and for ALWAYS getting my husband’s very specific order right and packaging everything carefully. I really do appreciate the effort this location makes.

The worst taco bell in terms of service. Food is fine, though order is often wrong. Worse is the wait. Multiple times, I've sat in drive through for 30 mins after ordering through app. My son waited 45 mins picking up our food last week. It's close to my house but I'm done eating there until management gets it together.

This is the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible! You better not be in a hurry if you go here. The past three times, I have been here I have had to wait 30-40 minutes to get my food, and they were not abnormally busy. It will definitely be the last time I go!
This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever patronized. The last 3 times my family has placed an online order we get the order home and either something is missing or not made to order!!!! Horrible service!!!!!

Had very slow service here today. I went into the bathroom and waited for 25 minutes until one of the employees came in to wash my hands, as the sign told me to. The employee’s name was Zach, he was very quick while washing my hands, but very efficient. 5/5, will be back to wash my hands here again later.

SOOO S L O W !!! If you’re a door dash driver , you will get ignored. I stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, once acknowledged, I was told it was being worked on, another 10 minutes went by, and still didn’t have the couple tacos the customer ordered through DoorDash. Needless to say I Unassigned the order and LEFT! I will not be visiting this store as a customer or a driver. Very slack.

My family has gotten food from this location many times and there are always problems. Today was the last straw at this location. Took over 10 minutes to get 3 soft tacos with no lettuce. The drive thru took forever to budge. The girl at the window had an attitude and didn't say thanks, hello, or anything. Their app isn't working either, but that's separate. The same girl at the window was scrolling on her cell phone in front of me while I waited for the food. It takes forever every time and is often incorrect. This location is a disaster.
