I walk in the store and not one employee acknowledged me. Went to place my order at kiosk and the kiosk started to malfunction... I went to counter and the lady told me to use the kiosk and when I told her I did and wasn't working she just walked away into the back of the store.... Finally get one of the kiosks to work, while I'm waiting for my food a asked if I could get a water cup.... She said all we have is tea and no ice..... How the hell you making tea with now water???? Needless to say If this taco bell was the only taco bell within a hundred miles I'd go 101 miles

Ordered Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco box meal. Tacos were crushed into so may pieces when wrapped, I had to eat them with a spoon.

Please take a moment to wrap the dang taco right so it doesn't spill everywhere when picked up. Quesadilla was lacking cheese badly

They wouldn't open the doors they were locked. But the site says they were open they should have put a sign up saying they was closed. they literally just stood there.

I ordered an order through door dash the staff told my dasher that someone picked up the food then when I called the store I was hung up on several times then when a young lady did decide to say hello I was then hung up on mid explanation and was continuously hung up on several times after that. The customer service at this location is so horrible and whomever hung up on me mid explanation should no longer be there because obviously they don’t care about the customers that is spending their hard earned money I am furious about the level of disrespect I received from this establishment.
