It's taco bell. You know what you're getting. But you have to have it now and again. Place is clean but always appears to be understaffed and out of random menu items in the middle of the week.

It is a roll of the dice coming here. How is a nice shiny brand new Taco Bell so bad at service? Why am I waiting close to 20 minutes after ordering 2 crunchy Tacos while the place is empty at 1:30pm? Who is managing this outfit??
