Went there multiple on multiple times and asked for apple pie milkshake the first 2 times they stated they didn’t have ice cream to make the shake the next time I went they stated they didn’t have apple pie crumble and the next time I went they said that they didn’t serve it no more. Starting to question if they really had it in the first place. Food is average burger was burnt last time I went but fries are always constantly good. Over priced and wouldn’t recommend

Honestly the food is good if it weren’t cold after sitting on their counter waiting for them to hand it to me and I would maybe go back if it weren’t for the HORRIBLE service. The first time I went, it was incredibly slow but I’ve worked customer service my whole life and I’m patient. Tonight, I decided to try it again. I waited 5 minutes in their lot to give them time after placing the order on the app since I prefer to order on my phone. When I pulled through the drive thru I was told “we got your order 30 seconds ago so it’ll be a bit.” Only 30 seconds is a wild lie when I have proven time stamps of when I placed the order but whatever. What is more likely is they didn’t see the order come through because I watched the employees smoking and playing around outside the back while waiting after placing the order. Its not worth bringing up, so I pulled back around and waited in the lot 5 more minutes and then pulled back through the drive thru which no one had gone through since my first time around (maybe that should have been a sign). They told me to go ahead and pull up this time. I was handed one bag, the man closed the window, and never returned. Meanwhile I was missing over half of my food and three drinks. I waited a few minutes for someone to return and they never did. I finally got annoyed and honked repeatedly. Still no one came. I waited several more minutes. Still no one. Since the place is a desert and their employees are too busy smoking and playing with each other outside behind the restaurant, I put my car in reverse, backed up through the empty drive thru to where they were standing and smoking and had to ask them to go back in and get my order.
You’d think that would be the worst of it but when the employee finally handed me the rest of my stuff (that I could see sitting on the counter the WHOLE time) he acted like I was an inconvenience… excuse me asking you to do your JOB that I paid for. I’d bet my next paycheck this place won’t make it another year even and you don’t deserve to stay open treating customers like this. Maybe the owners should open up one of those restaurants where employees are actually supposed to be rude to customers since you’re already halfway there.

Took My Family out here to a place I tried, I believe last week with my sister. I figured the rest of the family would enjoy it as well. I was correct! They have amazingly homemade tasting burgers in my personal opinion. The different options are phenomenal even though yes I feel it's a little pricey but the quality is there so for now I can role with the price. Just not at the level it was on tonight because....Oh Goodness Benjamin, Jackson & Hamilton I spent up in there was well worth the TREAT! Tomorrow Nights the TRICKS are coming out! Happy Halloween ? ?

My kids and I have been dying to come in and eat here for a while. Now I wish we hadn’t. The food was mediocre. It was more Hardee’s quality with Burger King taste. We spent $70 for five of us to dine on food that tasted like I could’ve spent $30. We had one of our charburgers special orders and it was made wrong. The staff (three males) stood there and stared at me and didn’t even acknowledge me at the counter. Finally a female came out of the back and asked what I needed. She was very friendly and made the burger again. The only positive of the restaurant was the cleanliness. Needless to say with spending $70 on mediocre food we will not be back.

No atmosphere Workers were friendly Food=meh. Over priced ($11 plus tax for a small single cheeseburger, fries and a drink). Burgers (all 3 we ordered) are small (patty is way smaller than the bun) and overcooked. Fries-just ok; nothing special. Kids chicken nuggets were so bad that a 6 yr old wouldn't eat them (us adults tasted them and we understood why). Milkshake machine was broken.
We wanted to try and wanted to love it bc we like a good burger. We won't be back. Burgers and fries are better at Freddie's (plus more food options!) and even Cookout has better Burgers for LESS cost.

Consistant hot food, with little wait and friendly service. In regards to chain burger joints this is my latest go-to. There's always friendly even if you decide to order at counter since I don't like self service kiosks. Place smells great with fresh meat being grilled. Plus if you have the app they send coupons fairly regularly. The tempura green beans are also great and like how you can do a half and half for the sides.
