This is my go to burger restaurant in Lexington. Wife's first time and you hit it out of the park. General manager, Johnny, was friendly and welcoming to all customers. Watched him interact with employees and treated them with respect which doesn't always happen! Food hot and delicious and restaurant very clean! Will definitely be back!

Different kinda burger joint. You order and pay yourself at a kiosk unless you want to pay with cash or have questions. Not much interaction with people so I found that less personable. The fries were hot and delicious, the burger was good too. Not a lot of seating. The restrooms were clean and large but are co-ed. There is a urinal on one wall, a toilet across from it. I'm not certain, over time, that it will stay clean and nice to look at. Anyway, just different, but I guess it's the signs of the times we are being forced into. Give them a try....

I loved this place back in Arizona. It’s really sad that the quality is not there here is SC. So disappointed. The times that I’ve eaten there the burger patty has always been under cooked. I should have learned the first time but I was giving the place a chance since my experience back in AZ was so different. Never returning again

First & only time I’ll ever be here. Over priced & messed up my burger my first trip here. For what I paid for this meal ($17) I could have gotten a way bigger burger at Rush’s with double the amount of fries. While they did fix my burger it should’ve been right the first time. Unacceptable.

My first visit and the bbq bacon cheeseburger was just ok. It was nothing special or super tasty about it. The onion rings were crunchy and delicious! I love that they are real onions inside. I also loved the fried green beans. I would preferred the fried green beans instead of fries. I would visit the restaurant again to try more menu items, and I would recommend others try it for themselves. I went through the drive-thru and the wait time for them to cook and prepare the food was comparable to other fast food restaurants.

My mother and stopped to grab food before her appointment. We went through the drive thru and were greeted by John. He was very chipper. He asked us to hold which we did but failed to turn his headset off. He was speaking with a customer inside taking care of them. So unfortunately we had to listen to the whole conversation before he got back to us. That was a total of 3 minutes. When he was finally able to take our order he was quick and efficient. However the wait time was five more minutes for the food. The drinks were average, the food was hot and fresh however it wasn't tasty. I hope that they can find the rhythm of the drive thru service. We had no cars waiting when we got there but had 2 additional people behind us that had to wait.
Waiting until the grand opening was over until they got settled into a groove. Absolutely nothing outstanding or extra ordinary.Just a plan as day burger.If you don't want to talk to someone then go order at the kiosk and they will call your name when ready.If you have any allergies then you need to go and order at the counter with a person.Ordered no onions as I have an allergy and they still had some onions mixed in my lettuce.Lexington did not need just another burger joint.So save your time and go to FiveGuys where the burgers and fries are amazing!!
