Haven’t been here in several Years and I gotta say I don’t think I’ll be back. I ordered the steak and shrimp. It was good. The steak was a little dry but not bad and the fried rice was good. The spring rolls had no flavor at all. We didn’t even eat them. My family ordered chicken plates and the chicken was so dry that no amount of sauce would ever help. I tried one bite and was disappointed. I told them, if I had ordered the chicken, I would’ve taken it back. The edamame was good but you really can’t mess that up. Don’t order the chicken!! 4 dinners, 4 spring rolls and an order of edemame For $75, not worth it.

I have never whent in their or to buy their food cause this location is very awesome 😎👍 the people and the food is very delicious 😋🤤 and its always stays hot for who knows hours lol 🤣 but yeah!

I am so disappointed in the meal I had today. I would not even feed this to my dog. It makes me sad too because this restaurant has been one of my favorites. The inconsistency and poor quality has been evident across the board. At best I would call what I purchased low grade pet food. I say let because dog food has standards

From a customer perspective as well as a DoorDash driver perspective, Tokyo Grill is hands-down one of the best places to order from. The staff is incredibly friendly, I’m always greeted with a smile and their customer service is top-notch. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. The food is consistently amazing and ready exactly when it’s supposed to be. They never miss the small but important things, like including napkins, cutlery, straws etc so I never have to worry about a customer lacking anything in their order. I’ve never had an order that needed to be updated or changed because of an issue, which speaks volumes about their consistency, professionalism and how reliable and organized they are. This Tokyo Grill location truly sets a high standard. I can’t speak for the other locations, but this one should definitely be used as an example for them all and for restaurants in general.
Parking: There are designated spots for the restaurant right in front as well as plenty others.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They have kid-friendly options on the menu, and they’re attentive to details like providing extra napkins or straws without needing to ask.
Fast and friendly service with fresh, delicious food! I ordered the hibachi veggie entrée, which was generous enough for two meals and cost less than $9—great value for the price. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and organized, with no concerns about hygiene or tidiness. Overall, a solid spot for a quick and affordable meal with quality service. Definitely recommend!

Don't waste your time eating here unless you like the bland food. I ordered the steak combo and shumai. I expected the shumai to be streamed and it came out fried, Greasy and a complete disappointment. The salad was full of water. The steak was greasy, and completely lacking in any flavor. I asked if they flavor the meat with seasoning and was told just salt and pepper. I informed them the steak was unsatisfactory and the guy at the counter was shrugged his shoulders and walked away. $23 wasted
