I can say they are still good people left in this world. I could not find my wallet all weekend and I remember coming to Tokyo grill in Lexington last week. When I called they said they had it and everything was still in it. Their food is always so amazing and their staff is honest. Best place in town to eat always.

Food was delicious and served quickly. Highly recommended!Parking: Parking can be tricky at times, limited close parking and an awkward lot. Plenty of parking on down the lot though.

Carry out order was ready on arrival.Salt and Pepper chicken was nothing more than watery chicken with no flavor … steamed?Veggies were ok but fried rice was flavorless and I do not believe it was fried. This was my first time eating food from this location … disappointed. My wife said hers was better than last time.

If you enjoy fresh Asian meals, give this restaurant a try. We ordered our dinner, paid, and sat at one of the high top tables. Our food arrived maybe 4 minutes later! My wife had the Teriyaki Chicken with house fried rice. I had the same but also with steak. Generous portions of tender meat well seasoned with vegetables. Very friendly staff.

The lobby was generally clean and comfortable. The food was good, but serving dine in customers in takeaway (to-go) containers is never a good choice unless you do not want dine in customers. I just can't give this establishment 5 stars. The table I chose appeared to have been wiped down, but not well, and it seems no cleaning solution was used as the table was greasy. In their defense, they are short staffed, like many places right now. No photos, it looked like appealing, shomewhat in a Styrofoam container.

We got the Teriyaki Steak and Chicken Entree and it was just not good. While it was fresh, nothing had good flavor. The fried rice tasted like oil, the steak tasted like poor quality meat and the chicken was drowned in sauce. Just from opening the plate the food had a fishy odor. Wish we could get our money back. Also, just realized there was a short black hair on the inside of the top of my plate. Absolutely disgusting. We ended up throwing 80% of the food away. Will never be eating here again.

My first time , excellent customer service ,excellent food. I had Habachi steak, chicken and shrimp with veggies. I also ordered spring rolls. Everything was hot and prepared with care. My new favorite place. I will return.

I usually order from a very popular Hibachi restaurant on Sunset Blvd (not going to name drop). However, I wanted something quick and less expensive tonight. The first red flag was that the restaurant was empty at 5pm but I proceeded to pick up my food.I ordered hibachi steak and added chicken. Regret sunk in with the first bite of what I’m hoping was beef. The “meat” was rubbery and it shouldn’t have been since I ordered it medium well temperature. The rice didn’t have much flavor. The chicken was drenched in some weird sweet, mustard colored sauce. I ended up throwing 80% of the food away. What a waste. Definitely don’t recommend and will stick with my usual hibachi spot. The saying is “you get what you pay for” but I still think I was overcharged!

I ordered the chicken and steak. It was really good. The customer service is great, they were really nice. The food was warm and nice. Only had to wait for a little while for it to make. I would definitely come back!Kid-friendliness: Really nice!
