I arrived at opening (11am) and had to wait for them to unlock the door. I ordered my food and sat down in an empty restaurant as I was the first customer of the day. My background is in restaurant management, and whoever the closing manager was last night failed in their responsibilities. Below is my rationale.

Maggie Coffee's customer service is top tier!I accidentally ordered online at the wrong location, so she said just call them and have them cancel it. So I did, but then the location tried to tell me they couldn't cancel my order, that I would have to call the customer service number to cancel! Maggie stepped right in and took care of the situation for me! Maggie you are a wonderful! You should be glad to have an employee like her.
