Stopped here on a trip back to Asheville from trip to Deerfield Beach,FL. After looking at reviews we were not disappointed !! As a matter of fact it was the best Italian food I and my friend have eaten. The Tiramisu was over the moon!! Kudos to all involved. No matter the price it was worth every cent. By the way, our waitress Kim was the bomb. We may have to make a trip back in the near future. Hope Kim is working. Char and Jackie

This was our first time trying this restaurant and we were very excited after looking over the menu and reading reviews. We were seated right away and although there were several tables occupied, the place wasn't super busy. Our waitress was friendly however she did make some mistakes during our dinner. The food we ordered was delicious and didn't take too long to come out. My biggest complain is that they brought out everyone's food except for 1 in our party and that person waited an additional 15+ minutes for their meal to arrive. That is a bit uncomfortable in a large group and I feel it could have been timed better. A couple things needed to be corrected, wrong salad dressing, wrong sides. When we ordered dessert several in our group requested coffee and again, one person was forgotten and was almost finished their dessert by the time the coffee arrived. I think it comes down to paying attention. All in all, it was a good dinner and we will be back for sure based on the food alone.

I have been to this location before for takeout and everything was great, maybe today i got the wrong thing but DO NOT get the fettuccine travinia. this has got to be the worst alfredo i have ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth . the flavor is non existent. you taste a small hint of garlic but not a piece of pepper or any type of salt or seasoning is anywhere to be found . chicken unseasoned . sauce unseasoned. broccoli hard and tastes terrible . saved it by seasoning at home but upset i wasted my money on this . only so much you can do to save this one .staff is great . don’t let me take away from that but the food this time zero stars .

I called the day before for a reservation of 11. Was told yes we could have a separate room and would get a call back on Sat. That never happened and the reservation was lost. When I called on Sat, we could not get a reservation until 7:30. The hostess said who did you talk to the day before and you should have used open table. I didn't think open table would take reservations for a large no. That is bad service what we went through. At 7:30 we were seated and the waitress was amazing, food was fine. She saved the day. We had drinks and dessert and our personal bill was over 100. We ended up with 8 people, but because of this experience, we can find another Italian restaurant .

I did not eat in the restaurant this is based off a catering experience— the meal consisted of several trays of plain thin spaghetti (not quite angel hair) with no sauce or anything! On top there was boiled/baked chicken breast with some capers here and there. The ratio of chicken:pasta was way off (it was labeled Picc) The salad was ok but there were only a few containers of extremely garlicky ceaser dressing which ran out long before the salad did.

We've eaten here for years and after our last visit this past weekend, I'm changing my previous ratings to a lower grade. We went in at 6:30 Sunday evening, were greeted promptly by our server, and got our entrees pretty quickly. He disappeared, leaving us without drink refills and when we thought he was coming back to check on us, instead he started his closing duties and cleaning the floors of his empty tables. 2 other servers in our area were also cleaning the floors of their tables. We were not the only people eating, it was close to 8:00 and they weren't closing until 9. I thought this was rude and inconsiderate while people were still dining. Even if it had been 9:00, if people are still eating, let them enjoy their meal without the noise and commotion. When our server finally did check on us, we had finished our meals and were ready to get out. We felt he was ready for us to leave as well. This was not my idea of a pleasant night in a full-service restaurant that's supposed to be part of the hospitality industry. We'll stick with Alodia's for fine Italian meals with a great atmosphere.

Went for a sales meeting. We had a private room. They provide 3 menu items per course. Not sure why they offer 3 different types of salads as the appetizer course but then offer salad again as an entree item. Who wants to eat salad twice? But I ordered a fried goat cheese salad with scallops. Scallops were awesome, but there was some type of marmalade, thick "dressing" in it that had a strange flavor and consistency. I'm not a texture snob with food which means I can and will, try new things. Let me just say, my stomach is still not the same and it's been 3 days!!! Recommend for other dishes just but dont recommend for the scallop and goat cheese salad entree. Sadly disappointing.
