The manager Wendell has a fantastic staff. My mom, and I had lunch there today, and got our go to Chicken Fresco bowl. Reagan took our order, and was extremely helpful with everything that we got especially her kindness. I was very pleased with her service with a smile. I also got a takeout order for my husband this time Justin S. took my order. He was very well mannered, and polite as was Reagan. I didn’t exactly know what to get my husband so I’d picked something out, but was unsure if my husband would even like it. Justin S. took his time with me to help, and helped me to decide on something he’d like. I even asked him his favorite dish, and went what he suggested. I admire people that work with the public that actually know how to joke with you, and laugh with you. I absolutely love Tropical Grille for this reason among others, and have no intentions of finding another restaurant in the future. As I told them today I never knew that they were there until I was leaving another store one day, and the rest is history. Every time I’ve been there the staff has always been extremely nice, and helpful in any way possible. They make you feel like family! In the future to anyone reading this PLEASE stop by, and grab something to eat. Experience the friendly atmosphere that my mom, and I do. Btw, they’re on Sunset Drive across from Publix. I’m sure they’d turn the tv on to accommodate a toddler that wasn’t having a good day. They have booster seats, and I imagine high chairs. They also have a kids menu ranging from fries to chicken tenders. Some kids may even enjoy their chicken that comes in a bowl.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot naturally has wheelchair accessibility . The dining area is very open to people that are handicap, and the restroom is also very spacious with grab bars if needed.
Food was par cooked. Chicken pieces were large chunks and very dry. Nothing was freshly prepared. Found one piece of burnt pork in my meal which was "chicken only". Won't be coming back.

This has become one of our favorite places to order the family size meal. We call ahead and place an order and pick up. Their chicken is seasoned so well and it has always been so tender. The pork has so much flavor. We get those meats with yellow rice, corn, vegetables, peppers and onions (all of which are cooked and seasoned deliciously). And then pile everything together. The cilantro garlic sauce is my favorite to top it off, and my husband likes their curry mustard which is also very good! I always buy the bottle of cilantro garlic sauce so I can use it with my meal prep chicken and rice for myself too.The employees have always been nice and we've never had anything missing from our order.

First off, I'd like to say that I've had WAY better service at the greenville location. I tried to place an order through their app that is in the apple app store. The order wouldnt place. So i called to let them know the issues and they proceeded to tell me that they dont know how to help with it. They said they could place the order though for me. So i placed the order for pick up.I arrived at the store 20 minutes later and the order was almost ready, cool! I went to pay and the order was $15 more than what the app listed. I understand i changed a side and that made an increase. But i asked him if i could change the side bc in the app, it didnt show that the particular side I chose would be extra.I told him that the price was $10 cheaper in the app. He then proceeded to tell me "oh, we just made that app to test it out. we dont even use that". I said well it is on the app store for download and usage. Can you price match that? He simply refused to.I contacted corporate on two different occasions and i have recieved NO RESPONSE about this. I wanted to start getting meal prep there every week. and they simply lost a customer over 5-10 bucks. Over not giving simple customer service.Oh well, maybe theyll reach out now.

Called the store and was told since I didn't call back that same day they couldn't do anything, but they were closed when I started eating.
