Disgusting. Server licked her fingers just minutes before bringing our food to the table. The cook and server were bickering back and forth. I told the server to hold the waffle and I’d ask for it when I was ready. The cook dropped it right after our food was brought to the table and said, “well I’m about to leave so if I don’t put it down now, they won’t get it.” The whole reason I wanted it held in the first place was so it would be hot. Considering Waffle House is open 24/7, I’m sure another cook could’ve put the waffle down. Rude and unprofessional.

One thing I can say about Waffle House is that the food is consistently good. However, I’ve gotten a particular server here twice which makes me want to avoid this location in the future. Both times I’ve had Angel as a server, the restaurant was not very busy. It took at least 10 minutes to be greeted and given silverware. After ordering, you usually hear the server call out the order as soon as possible to the cook. This did not happen for another 10 minutes or so. We received our food before we received our drinks. I had to keep asking for items, she had to ask me what I ordered several times even though she wrote it down and we went over it together. I’m not trying to be mean but serving is definitely not her thing. No personality, she sort of whisper talks. I know it’s hard to find good help but please send in a trainer or something to this location, it’s greatly needed.

If you charge extra for toppings on hashbrowns, you should probably make sure you put all the toppings on there. And if you check the bag, the order’s wrong, and you still give it to the customer, you’re probably bad at your job. Do better.

Nice spot for a quick bite.. I like that I'm able to watch the cook make my food adds to the experience plus you know it's being made correctly. I don't understand how the waitresses just yell orders at him and he stay on point..skills I guess 👏

If I could give a zero I would. I’m not from the area & I stopped by to get just one waffle that’s it. I walked in place my order & used the bathroom then came & sat patiently. They took a very long time so I went across the street filled my tank & came right back. I asked about my order & the server said “I think he threw your food away” how & why?? I honestly think the workers were incompetent. Will not be returning!

There was a limited menu because of the hurricane, but we were grateful nonetheless. Leaving Augusta and finding food was a big deal. The server was so nice and the cook got our food ready so fast. We will be visit this location again. Thank you so much!
