I ordered in the drive-through, came home, sat down to eat, and both mine and my husband's orders were wrong completely! The only thing they got right were the drinks! I attempted to call the number on the receipt, and it has been disconnected. Waste of time and money.

When I say based on my experience yesterday with the poor staff for the rude young man at the window to the managers on duty, Teresa and Daniel I will NEVER eat at Wendy's again!!!! They gave me two orders of cold food and when I asked for a refund Teresa refused and said Wendy's don't issue refunds!!!! So there was NO resolution except for call the main manager in the morning. I left without food or my money back. Wendy's will never get another penny from me.

Cold fries and no customer service. The drive thru person took forever to even speak and then acted like I was bothering them by placing an order of a drink and fries. The only reason they get one star is because I can't leave a zero. food and customer service fail. Eat somewhere else.

Drive thru workers have the nastiest unpleasant attitudes I've ever experienced. I went there around 12:15pm yesterday, & the lady at the window tried to hand me a large coke that was dripping 💦 all down the sides & caught an attitude because I told her to wipe it down before handing it to me. That's just common sense. Why would you hand someone a drink where the lid has not been properly secured and it's soda dripping all down the cup??? Also, the entire order was messed up. Huge waste of my time. I'll never go back!!!

Never in my life have I been through a drive-through where the individual working the drive-through thought it would be funny to be completely disrespectful and unprofessional to a customer! Placed an order via the mobile app at 5:35pm Thursday September 26 arrived via the drive-through individual and headset was extremely belittling to the point where I had to gather my own temper that time a female came over the loudspeaker and asked what the name was for the mobile app order after I was told how many mobile orders do you think we have? among other things. Pull to drive your window a not so friendly black male with dreadlocks told me to pull my ass over into the parking and they would bring it over to me. So when the female I assume manager came out with my order and I asked for that young man’s name so I can report him to district oh, she told me was he’s an employee that she would handle it which I doubt she will. Seems like to me the District Manager Needs to come in and clean house! Will not be back to this Location absolutely disgusting behavior!

Definitely the WORST Wendy's we have ever been to. I don't even know where to start. The staff was incredibly rude...acted like it was an imposition to take our order. When the manager told one of the employees to clean the front of the restaurant, she argued loudly that it was "not her job", and he made her do it anyway. She then proceeded to slam chairs against the tables, bang on the tabletops with a hairbrush (no idea why she was carrying a hairbrush around), and then she used a spray bottle of some kind of cleaner and sprayed it all over everything....including the tables right next to us while we were trying to eat. The women's restroom was filthy to the point that I decided not to use it once I went in there.....all of the trashcans were overflowing and the table we sat at had a sticky film, and two dirty napkins on it. (Unbelievably, it was the cleanest table we could find!) When we were leaving, two of the employees began yelling back and forth to each other. At no time did any of the employees say "Welcome", Thank you" or anything remotely friendly or helpful. We will never go back here again.
