I have had the same repeat problem for several years. I thought it was fixed when I ordered the taco salad on doordash, that I would actually GET the chili and strips that go with a TACO SALAD. I've dealt with doordash to the point I think no one cares anymore...I decided to give them another chance today, and yet again, no chili or strips with my TACO SALAD. sooooooo disappointed.

Doors locked with nothing to indicate that they were only doing drive thru service. Nothing on sign or doors....second time .
Another nearby was open but admitted they were slowing dine in service to take care of drive thru.
Oh, well....I won't have to worry about it again as I will no longer be a Wendy's customer.

Columbia Ave. Lexington sc. Why order mobile if they're not going to start it till you get there. I ordered 13 minutes before I got here, I got here and had to wait 13 minutes before getting order. She looks at the screen and says it's coming, didn't they sit there chit chatting no one in the restaurant no cars even came to the drive-thru while I was in there. After 10 minutes I told him I had to leave didn't have time to wait and she's like oh it just came in let me make that now. Crappy employees

The drive thru kid /woman Camille definitely doesn’t like her job she was such a smartass customer service definitely isn’t for her it was 135 p.m August 2nd no wonder people don’t like that store I see why now all the bad reviews are about her

I could tell that they were understaffed and they did get part of my order wrong but when I went in and asked if I could get it fixed, they were super nice and did so immediately. Great service :)

I am writing to you to inform you of a misconduct by one of your employees. On 07/21/25 at approximately 2pm, my daughter visited your establishment. She ordered her food, pulled up to the drive through window she noticed that Ja’Naisha Williams ( prior student from her previous high school was there) She stated she gave her the money for her food. When she received her food it was smashed inside the bag. She then went inside requesting to speak with manager for a refund. This employee would not go get the manager as requested. All of this was taking place while I was speaker phone with my daughter . I began calling the store from my 803-896-**** requesting to speak to the manager ( now known as Shaquille Senegal). I could hear the employee and my daughter exchanging words. I continued calling the store but the employee which was Ms.Williams continued to hang up on me. I could hear a change in voices, on my state cell, so I asked my daughter who she was talking to she stated Ms.Williams’ mother was now at the establishment yelling at her. Mr.Senegal did not intervene nor did he try to deescalate the situation nor did he remove the employee’s mother. After speaking with the police officers, I requested from Mr. Senegal to allow the police to view the footage so they could make a fair assessment of the situation but he stated he did not have access to the cameras. I believe that both of this employees, Ja’Naisha Williams and Shaquille Senegal is unprofessional, rude, and misrepresentation of your establishment . Can someone please review the camera footage and handle as deemed necessary? A concerned parent

Won’t be back food is cold and bland the staff seem lazy when preparing the food. It looks sloppy hardly any toppings or condiments when ordering for your sandwich or hamburger, and they don’t get your order correct. Maybe you need to pay your workers more so customers can get Decent food !!! I think this may be a manager issue from all the bad reviews on how rude they are and run this location. If I was the owner I’d be cleaning up this mess asap.

Very bad service. The woman who served us didn't respond to our greetings. She seemed annoyed. She didn't like the ice cream they advertise on TV. She's very bad.
