Columbia Ave. Lexington sc. Why order mobile if they're not going to start it till you get there. I ordered 13 minutes before I got here, I got here and had to wait 13 minutes before getting order. She looks at the screen and says it's coming, didn't they sit there chit chatting no one in the restaurant no cars even came to the drive-thru while I was in there. After 10 minutes I told him I had to leave didn't have time to wait and she's like oh it just...

I could tell that they were understaffed and they did get part of my order wrong but when I went in and asked if I could get it fixed, they were super nice and did so immediately. Great service :)

Customer service isn't their strong point that's for sure. I was asked what sauce for the nugget meal I ordered I said BBQ well there was no sauce in my bag. I was handed my food and card at the same time n no receipt was given to me. My fries was hot and good. My Nuggets wasn't warm at all. My mom chili was hot but they gave her a bowl with chili spilled all over it. We had Wendy breakfast 1 day this week and it wasn't good either. I think we will stay away...
