Unfriendly service at the drive-through window, and cold french fries. I grabbed lunch today at 11 o’clock. If it wasn’t for being in a hurry, I would’ve gone back in and complained, it was that bad. You need to do better!

Almost every table is dirty. Both bathrooms a despicable. Employee just returning from lunch did not wash his hands. 1/2/26 UPDATE Still a dirty establishment. Dried drink spray all over the inside of the drink despenser; food on tables & almost all employees in backroom having a few laughs; food under the tables. What would we find in the kitchen which isn't as publicly viewable as the dining area.

This place was filthy. We arrived long after the lunch rush and the place was gross. There was a lot of dirt on the floor under the table, on the table, the seats looked as if they had never been washed! Dirt built up against the edge of the walls. Most of the drinks in the fancy machine were unavailable. There was no ketchup in the dispensers. Bad job Wendy's. Clean up your store!

Just visited the drive through and the young lady was rude, didn’t speak, back was turned as she handed me the bag, and didn’t provide a receipt. Asked for a spoon for a frosty, and you would’ve thought I asked her to run a mile. If teenagers will be hired, reconsider putting them in a position where they aren’t required to deal with the public if they lack manners and common decency, especially in a job they weren’t forced to take. Even my 9 year old asked what was wrong with her.

Went to drive thru at 1am at 7/11/25 order a big bacon classic and instead of telling me they don’t have any topping left they just slap 1 onion ring on my burger and loaded it with sauce.. some workers are just lazy now
This store is right down the road from my house every time I go I'm missing something from my bag. Usually it's just condiments. Tonight I just went got two biggie bags and two potatoes like I do at least once a week. This time they left out both of our chicken nuggets from both bags. I will change this review to five stars if someone contacts me to make things right
