The product just ain't what it used to be
And my cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and small chili was almost $15
The South Lake, Lexington location is a constant disappointment. The food quality and lack of service. Tonight our family order included 3 orders of cold fries and a chicken wrap that had only about 8 pieces of lettuce, 4 pieces of shredded cheese and just a couple pieces of chicken. The wrap was so dry it just crumbled. Avoid this location. It’s not worth it.

I put a on line order in my ice cream was literally poured in as liquid not even frozen. My 6 piece nuggets were not in my bag at all. My ice cream wasn't even eatible but yet I paid for it and I paid for a 6 piece nuggets were was my food I paid for. My husband had to get the order remade because the food was cold and hard and they didn't even hand him the ice cream so he went back to get it and it was completly unfrozen liquid. They won't even answer the phone. The associates need more training and should be checking the bags!!!!!!
The cashier got our order wrong twice and then made threats to us because of her mistakes. Complete unprofessional and trashy.
The best thing I can eat here is the crispy chicken sandwich its flavorful it’s savory and it’s just good.
I got my food easily and everything was correct and right! This is a great Wendy’s to eat at!!!
I visited this location on 03/28/2025, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I stood at the counter for 25 minutes before someone came to take my order. The lobby was a Disaster and I had to wipe down my table. Then when I got my order, it wasn't prepared the way I requested. I asked to see a Manager, but the person at the counter said he was too busy. I would seriously think twice before I eat here. I will never return to this location again.
I went through the drive through around 11pm and there was a young woman working by herself doing everything. The food was actually good and hot. They should make her the manager. She's running the place as it is now.

I can’t recall ever having a bad meal at Wendy’s. And even if I did I wouldn’t complain about it. Dave Thomas knew what he was doing when he started this franchise and they have lived up to it.
Fast and hot food. Great customer service too.
The bacon ranch wrap was put together, sloppy had no ranch on it, and the french fries were not fresh.
After waiting in a long line to order chili with extra sauce, I received no sauce. I went in to get some sauce. I waited for about ten minutes for the counter person to get out of the restroom, while the drive through workers and cook ignored me. Then after the person in front of me ordered, I was informed that they were out of chilli sauce. That would have been nice to know when I ordered it... especially since I specifically asked for extra.
Asked for a baconator with lettuce, pickle, onion and got my sandwich with nothing else on it :/. called twice neither was answered and there’s no voicemail set up
