Change my review from a one to a five star they have really stepped up their game. The last two times I’ve been to food was fantastic the service was fantastic everything was clean. When you get down to it their food taste better than habit Whataburger Burger King McDonald’s Hardee’s well Hardee’s is pretty good but they have stepped up their game and I am really pleased. Tried again today 09/15/2025 and this place really sucks. Why don’t you just close and stop tempting people.

I recommend if you like spicy the spicy chicken sandwich and their spicy nuggets

I was mad disappointed honestly i got out the drive through and mind you i only asked for a bacon double stack only mayo n pickles and a jbc only mayo and pickles and the double stack didn't have any pickles so I'm like okay its cool its whatever then i got all the way back over by my house in pelion and the jbc had a lil teeny piece of bacon on it like one lil half piece and see i used to be a cook and cashier for wendys so ik how it be but yo cmon bro. Like they took bout 20 minutes and still messed up the order i aint never had my customers that long not no where i worked. But hey it is what it is. Build your own opinion👍🏼

I hate leaving 1 star reviews but when the apple pecan chicken salad has neither apples nor pecans it is what it is. Lettuce, lukewarm chicken, a couple blue chz crumbles. Not good.

Second time in a row at this Wendy’s I got the chili. This was probably the best ever. But one thing I have to ask now is I want crackers. They say okay but never give them to me. Also I ordered a medium chocolate frosty. There were no spoons for my frosty or chili. Just forks. And after sitting at three tables I finally found a clean one.

I placed a large mobile order for a breakfast function this morning a few hours before having to pick it up. I ordered 10 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, 10 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and 10 chicken biscuits along with five oatmeal bars. My first issue was when we got there. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes From 9:58am until 10:40am. May I also add that they only waited on three other vehicles during this 40 minute wait so the order was not made in a timely manner .We were asked to pull up second we were missing eight sandwiches. I called up and spoke to the manager Cheryl because we could not go inside because the doors were locked still. I advised the manager on duty Cheryl that I had placed this order and we were missing eight sandwiches. She then started speaking to a man there and he was yelling back that he knows what he made and that they were in there I explained to her that there was seven sandwiches in the first bag, seven sandwiches in the second bag and eight sandwiches in the third bag, which did not add up to 30 sandwiches. I said maybe they are mistaken or the order was given to someone else. I asked her if we could have the sandwiches made and she told me no that she had to speak with her GM Sharonda in the morning. which does not fix the issue at hand . I than asked could we get a credit for those sandwiches we did not receive and again she said no, and was acting as if I was lying. We have placed large orders like this in the past and have not had issues. I wish if this manager on duty, Cheryl was not equipped to handle a larger order this morning. She should have called me ,so we could have canceled it. I could have went somewhere else instead of wasting my time energy and money. I ended up going to Starbucks a few minutes up the street to replace the missing sandwiches in addition to the coffee we had ordered earlier this morning when we ordered the Wendy’s. This Wendy’s could learn some customer service skills from this Starbucks on how to treat a Customer and how to make sure that their orders are correct and how to work efficiently Because this Wendy’s has given me the worst customer service I have had in a while.

Went to this Wendy’s and sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins. Canceled my order on the app went across the street to Whataburger and had the best service and it was quick. Skip Wendy’s and hit a different place.

Not sure if it is management or the owners are to blame but I was shocked but how rude and cheap this location is. First they are out of lids and lettuce (not a big deal) and then my husband doesn't get ice ever anywhere we go and has never been told they account for the ice in the cup and handed him a half full large soda.... haha! So stupid it's funny. We didn't get discounted for all the things they were out of, yet this they penny pinch... we live close and have a family of 6. Enjoy your 2 cents saved cause they lost $50-$60 orders every few months cause we won't return again! 👎🏼

If the app allows me to choose to pick up my order in the drive-thru, then I should be allowed to pick up my food in the drive-thru. If there's no reason you can't make the food, then there's no reason you can't hand it out of a window. Sometimes, there are reasons that someone can't get out of the car.

The drive thru employee was on her phone while handling payments (cards). I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I got home half of the chicken was nothing but gristle, fries were burnt, and the tea tasted like some kind of cleaning products.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s many times since they’ve opened and never had a bad experience. Management and crew are exceptionally friendly. Also enjoy dining inside as they keep it well maintained. Service is also faster than most Wendys. Keep up the good work at this location!

The workers weren’t necessarily rude to me they just kept cutting me off while ordering and rushed through the ordering process, and didn’t give me all of my food BUT their manager was horrible had a bad attitude when i asked to refund a large frosty and was told no to a refund basically because it would “inconvenience” her, she then tried placing the blame on me? when i wasn’t trying to start an argument. I didn’t receive what i paid for and was overcharged because nobody asked any questions and just assumed what i wanted and their manager has ZERO social skills and should not be in the placement she is.

This is by far the best Wendy's in the Columbia S.C. area. If I have to complain, it would be that most Wendy's run out of DR Pepper regularly.

Okay, I usually don't write reviews, but this Wendy's, on Platt Springs boulevard is starting to work my last nerve. I get out of work late. They're supposed to be open til 1 AM. I get out of work at 1030pm & when I do go there at 1045pm they are either out of bacon out of French fries or they say that they are closed...very annoying when you see the employees in there, but they ain't serving anyone. They'll leave u sitting in the drive thru for 10 min or more..they dont care...So we just go down the street to taco bell or now what a burger across the street will get my business. Get it together, Wendy's...TERRIBLE!!! save ur money for another restaurant in the area

Just went inside to place an order. Lady up front was nice to me and the computerized drink machine is cool and offers options, but my zero sugar sprite vanilla tastes like theres not enough flavor, like the ratio is off. That is not a huge complaint to me, its alright. On my way out another lady opened the door for me - so great service! The store was clean and there weren't many customers so it was just a nice airy vibe since the AC is nice and cool.
