My favorite sandwich is the son of baconater. Love it because the bacon was always crispy. Not so for the last month or so, the bacon has been floppy a deal breaker for me gotta pull over and take the bacon off so I switched to the Dave's single figure keep it simple The service at the drive thru are always polite and get you through in a timely manner.

i come to this wendy’s often because it’s right by my house. but this has about done it for me. i get a 10 piece nugget every single time. i did not receive my honey mustards (it supposed to come with 2). and then as im eating my nuggets i pull out half of a nugget that looks like a bite has been taken out of it. (as seen in picture) and they are so rude up there it didn’t use to be like that. i dont know if they just hired new people. but whatever it is they need to get it together. i’m actually disgusted.

Second bad experience at this location first time young lady working drive thru window not very polite and welcoming mentioned this to manager and she could care less. Today ordered my food was asked to pull up and food will be brought out…. Food was cold and soda was flat. I’m done with this licstion

My husband picked up our order and not only was it wrong. They gave us 2 Jr baconator meals instead of 2 regular size baconator meals. Instead of carmel chocolate frosty they gave a vanilla carmel frosty. They cramped all food in one bag and almost dropped it on the ground handing it too him. The bag torn and our food went all over the truck once inside the vehicle. Seriously the service so so rude with their tone and attitude like they were not happy about us ordering and gave no napkins or sauces. Since this new location has opened every time we have gone in there it has been nothing but an issue. After tonight's disrespect we will no longer be using Wendy's.

Jurrell gave us the best service at any Wendy's we have gone to in this area. He was courteous, polite, and overall very pleasurable. The other staff members were also a pleasure to deal with. Definitely coming back to this Wendy's.

Evening manager assaulted me last month. Had to file a police report but luck for him i didn't file charges. Officer gave me the option to have him arrested. Didn't want to ruin this guy's job. Wendys really need to vet their manager better. This guy didn't understand how to manage any fast food crews

The customer service at this Wendy’s location is horrible. You say hello and how are you and they don’t even respond back with a hey I’m good, just dine in or take out. You say thank you for everything and they don’t even give a response back. I will not visit this location again. Beware the customer service sucks. They are not very personable. Thanks Hope for great customer service

Change my review from a one to a five star they have really stepped up their game. The last two times I’ve been to food was fantastic the service was fantastic everything was clean. When you get down to it their food taste better than habit Whataburger Burger King McDonald’s Hardee’s well Hardee’s is pretty good but they have stepped up their game and I am really pleased. Tried again today 09/15/2025 and this place really sucks. Why don’t you just close and stop tempting people.

I was mad disappointed honestly i got out the drive through and mind you i only asked for a bacon double stack only mayo n pickles and a jbc only mayo and pickles and the double stack didn't have any pickles so I'm like okay its cool its whatever then i got all the way back over by my house in pelion and the jbc had a lil teeny piece of bacon on it like one lil half piece and see i used to be a cook and cashier for wendys so ik how it be but yo cmon bro. Like they took bout 20 minutes and still messed up the order i aint never had my customers that long not no where i worked. But hey it is what it is. Build your own opinion👍🏼
