Go to get food at the drive thru and all the employees...including the mgr... were outside so it took forever for some one to take our order. I got a baked potato which looked and tasted like it's been sitting out for a very long time. I also got a large chili with cheese. They charge .50 cents for cheese and only put a few pieces in it. They also don't include the hot chili sauce packets. This location is getting worse and worse.

Workers always have a terrible attitude and cannot seem to get an order placed right in the drive thru, then when you correct them they give poor service. They cannot seem to understand that drink lids that are not on will spill in you lr vehicle and the frosty that is dripping ice cream should be wiped off first. Out of 5 trips to this new store they have messed up 4 times. Always have to wait forever inside or drive thru doesn't matter. The "biggie bags" are a rip off, I got the 7$ bag which is the largest and I received a kiddie fry, kiddy nuggets(4 piece) a small drink that I handed back because it was wrong drink, and 1 bacon burger. Their was nothing "big" about the meal but the price vs what you actually get.
This is the last time they will get my money.

I ordered online and when I got there I was rudely greeted by an employee who let me know that they were out of everything and basically refused service and told me to go in my app and get a refund for my whole order and then walked outside with another employee

This is the second time I was given the wrong order. Both times they gave me two burgers with cheese. Neither were the correct combo. The staff was rude and dismissive when I asked if the order was correct. No lettuce, tomatoes or pickles either were added. I saw 5 people working there and all were standing around talking. Awful customer service.

Have been here around few times and the food is good, hot about 70% of the time. Main issue are the workers seem to be overworked but not a staffing issue, kitchen had 8 workers and I waited dup front to order for about ten minutes. Then while waiting for food I only waited about 8 mins. Drive through times are normally longer waits and don't even get me started on uber wait times. Workers are also normally rude and you can tell stressed. Actually had a girl get chewed out for accidently clearing a order while I was here which I'm sure doesn't help the morale.

I like this Wendy's but tonight it was closed when I arrived 11:30. The sign says close at 1 a.m.

I ordered a meal that included fries through the app. It was confirmed and my money was taken. I waited for 30 minutes for my food before I asked anyone about where it was at.
I was told they do not have any frys and to cancel the order, but I was unable to because the order was already confirmed.
I requested I get my money's worth, but I was told to "i can just stand there"
I left never receiving anything.

Wendy’s was a major disappointment. The food was terrible, and the drinks were even worse — they tasted like flat club soda with no flavor, likely due to the type of fountain system they use. Definitely not worth paying for a soda there. As for the burger, it was pitifully put together and drowning in mayonnaise, which made it completely unappetizing. Overall, it was a nasty experience, and I won’t be returning.

So I order pretty much the same thing every time we visit for my children. It is always fast, correct, and decent fast food. Compared to my experiences with the other fast food places in the area, this is great. The people that work here seem to have (idk how else to put it) common sense, they communicate well about order, payment, etc. The ladies are friendly, and so are the gentlemen. I get the impression that they are in a well run workplace. I've never been inside, but it looks clean from what I see. It just struck me today how unproblematic and pleasant our visits there are and I thought I'd share. If any of the Wendy's people read this- I appreciate you and y'all are doing a good job. And I hope y'all give these people a raise!
*I see there are a lot of mixed reviews here, and that surprises me. I can only speak to my experiences, they've been good.
Second time going to this place The 1st time half my order wasn’t there Went tonight and the frosty Shasta foam on the top to half way down cup NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!!
Open till 1:00 but close the lobby early on the weekends a lot of sense I won't be stopping anymore
