Very long wait, we watched 4 cars behind us gwt their food while we sat 40 minutes at the window. Apparently our food was just sitting there at the window for a few minutes before we received it. But I can’t deny, the food is so good I’d honestly go through the hassle of getting it again

Extremely slow service at the drive-thru. The cashier spent at least 10 minutes chatting with the vehicle in front of me after handing out their food. The line backed up all the way to the street, and they didn’t seem to care at all. People use the drive-thru for quick service, not to sit and wait while employees chitchat.

This restaurant is fairly new to the area. They did a good job with service, wait time, and food quality. Purchased a #2 combo. It came fast and was hot. My son and I had a good experience here.

Food took forever to get slowest service I have ever received actually nearly an hour and half wait. The drinks were flat and the food horrendous. The hash browns were soggy and wet in the middle. The fries were cold the burger buns were hard. I don’t recommend this location food was sickening. The slowest place to get food by far I wish I was just exaggerating. I included a picture of a weird empty hash brown.
I waited before I submitted this review because this was my second visit. The first one I went to the drive-thru and it took a while to get home so I didn't think it would be fair to give a good review. This time my friend and I went in and I got the bacon burger combo with onion rings. He got the jalapeno burger combo. The service was food was brought out quickly. I asked for some sauce that I had with the onion rings from my last visit and they didn't seem to know what I was talking about but so I had to describe it to them and it turned out it was WhataSauce or something to that effect and would cost $0.44 for container. I told the the young lady that I would be happy to pay for it and told her to bring me 2 containers. In the interim, my friend began his burger and found out that there were no jalapenos on it whatsoever even though it was clearly marked jalapeno. We both agreed that the onion rings were very good and he actually finished his before they brought out the sauces that I had ordered. I don't know what the issue was. My general impression was that they had a bunch of new personnel that didn't know what they were doing and were somewhat inattentive. The burgers were sloppy and missing ingredients and they tasted okay but they were not exceptional. I don't think I'm going to go out of my way to go to a Whataburger in the near future.

Whataburger - Fantastic Experience! (5 Stars) This was an amazing Whataburger experience! The main burger was excellent, but the Patty Melt was truly to die for—highly recommend giving it a try. The onion rings were great, perfectly crispy. The milkshakes were also very good. It was the peak lunch rush, so the restaurant was a little busy, but the staff was fantastic. They were very friendly, working quickly, and even apologized for the short wait time. Excellent customer service! My only minor note is that the French fries weren't my favorite style, but the awesome selection of ketchups more than made up for it. I would absolutely recommend this location if you're a fan of great burgers and onion rings!

WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Please take your money elsewhere. Spent $55 just for most of my order to be messed up. Manager tried to question me on a plain cheeseburger. Yeah no thanks I’ll happily take my business to Rush’s.
