I wouldn’t know about the food. Went in to order takeout and was immediately told “we are experiencing longer wait times.” I was just trying to place a to go order. I asked about how long and she came out never really gave me a time frame just said there are 3 tables and if they get their order in before you it will be long. Like what? The number one way to not get my business any more is to basically tell me not to order in the first place. I walked out. Won’t be back since they can’t handle too many tables.Edit*Since my post is clearly misunderstood I was more than happy to wait but she couldn’t tell me an approximate time. Hours? Minutes? She never said anything about the other to go orders. It was because there were too many tables. Incredibly rude owner response.

WingPlace Patio was a fantastic place to eat. I went there for lunch on Valentine's day and enjoyed their lunch specials. They were reasonably priced and delicious. I ordered fried shrimp and fries, and I was not disappointed. The fries were crispy and flavorful, and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. The service was also very friendly and attentive. The staff member who served me was busy as a bee, but still managed to treat every customer with respect and kindness. This place is out of my way, but I am definitely going to make an effort to visit it again whenever I am nearby. It is totally worth it. I would show the food, but it was gone too fast.

When we walked in, there were only 2 customers in the entire placed and they were getting ready to leave. We were told we could sit wherever we want. I went to the bathroom and there was urine on the floor and it smelled bad. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she just said oh and walked off like it wasn't something new. I never saw anyone go in to clean the bathroom the whole time I was there. The chicken strips were burnt and very greasy. Before we left, I asked the waitress if the grease was old or too hot. She said it was probably old. That's the first and last time i've ever eaten there

Had the best experience at Wing Place in Lexington today. Watched Clemson, Carolina and Arkansas to please all parties. Food was great. Service was stellar and the atmosphere was great! Hard to find a place so attentive in such a busy environment but this is best customer service I have received in a long time. They catered to everyone! Kudos to finally finding good service! Keep up the good work!
I went in tonight and let me tell you the two girls working were kicking butt. The server savannah was constantly moving and the bartender edith was getting everything out super fast even though I could tell she was overloaded with door dash orders They never let anything get to them and had a smile on their faces the whole time! Way to go y'all!

Pros: the food is amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Cons: The service is absolutely awful. Literally one of the worst places I've ever experienced. This is the third time I've been to this location. Love the chicken and wings chips every time, but this final time really was just the last straw and won't be returning. (Never order carryout here. The positive reviews are probably sit down only.)The final straw: Placed a to-go order, in person at 6:50pm with a server named Edith. She states it will take 15 minutes. Ok cool no problem. Walk around and return at 7:10 , 20 minutes later. Not ready yet , sit down and wait, some people come in after us. 7:20 , the server sees us but still doesn't acknowledge us till we get up and she says she'll check the back. Says they're boxing it up, after 30 minutes (now double the time.) Okay. ANOTHER 10 MINUTES PASS. And we noticed that people who came in AFTER US are getting served. It wasn't until 7:40 a whopping 50 MINUTES LATER THAT SHE FINALLY BRINGS IT OUT. Absolutely ridiculous. Highly regret tipping beforehand and never will do that again.I'm always very appreciative of places and know servers work hard. But she literally just talked and laughed half the time and wasn't slammed, and people getting served before us was just the worst.

We all freaking love Edith!!! ❤️ What a sweetheart, and so attentive. I feel like I've known her my whole life. Give that girl a raise! ? And what can I possibly say about Chris that the food doesn't already say for him?! That man can season things like no other cook. I have never once eaten anything that he cooked that wasn't extra awesome. He must cook with love, because it's always better at lunch than it is at dinner. Give him a raise too!Vegetarian options: Edith is MY vegetarian option! Lol
