We ordered our at food at 1:49pm on the app, we arrived and told the guy our name (he acted like he didn’t want to be there and never told said anything else to us) and waited for our food while another guy who ordered when he arrived got his in less than 10 minutes. We finally got our food and our hot honey rub tenders were cold and covered in melted butter which was the only taste they had and my hot honey fries looked like they had hot honey seasoning but tasted like lemon pepper. We had the tenders remade and they also came back out tasting like lemon pepper. The mango habanero tenders were terrible my boyfriend spit it out and we left right after that. The restaurant was clean though.

Ordered online as soon as they opened and they managed to make the food perfect. I ordered an 8 piece with voodoo fries and a chicken sandwich. Normally other locations their chicken sandwiches are dry or order is missing something but this lexington location was perfect, thank you!
This place is terrible. Walk in and the only employee you can see is walking around talking on his phone. Then says I’ll be right with you and walks out of sight still talking on his phone.

Worst customer service, I stood there for damn near 15 minutes with no acknowledgment, no greeting. Time passes and all I hear is them talking about how they’re cutting off walk ins due to having many door dash orders. I understand being short staffed and I understand a wait time if needed, and I wouldn’t have mind waiting, but I do mind having my time wasted and no common courtesy of letting me or anyone know that they’re not able to take in walk in orders. It only takes but a couple minutes to take a new order. Very unprofessional establishment, just a mess.
