I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service was almost immediate. Surprisingly, the Cobb salad I ordered was still fresh. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I felt genuinely welcomed, unlike many fast-food establishments that treat customers like burdens. There was an annoying beep from the soda fountain, but as a food worker, I understand that technical glitches can occur. Overall, it was a great experience, and considering the restaurant has 666 reviews, I felt compelled to leave another. Great job, guys!!
Good lord these are the best zaxbys fries I've ever had. They really know what I mean by extra seasoning. The girls running the counter are delightful as well. 10/10!
sucks everytime i go, waited 30 mins for 2 tenders, last time got no fries, and time before missing a whole meal.
We placed an order online and when we went to pick it up they told us to pull forward. We waited about 15 minutes. After watching everyone behind us get their food and leave, we went inside. Our food was sitting on the counter by the drive-thru window and by the time we got the food, it was cold and soggy. The workers were too busy yapping with the cooks. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to even notice we were standing there.
My husband had the nibblers meal on Friday and got food poisoning a few hours afterwards. Still isn’t feeling right after 2 days. This store needs to take food safety seriously.
Need to keep the lemon pepper on the Menu!
Terrible service. Management is poor. Training is awful. 40 minutes I waited on food that we never got, with my kids and no apologies. Had to request a refund and was almost denied that since it was a mobile order.
I ordered 10 wings tonight for the Super Bowl. They were burned beyond recognition. I threw them in trash. I called and asked for the manager but they hung up and besides that, they did not do my sauce order right.
Tried the egg rolls for the first time. They were great. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.
I grew up and lived most of my life in Lexington, so I was here when Zaxby’s came on the scene. I live in the St. Louis area now, where we have the Raising Cane‘s. Most people, including me, will tell you that Zaxby’s and Raising Cane‘s are pretty much a clone of one another (the fries are exactly the same, virtually the same menu, same Texas toast, etc) I decided to stop in at Zaxby’s while I was in town visiting family for Christmas. Canes beats Zaxbys hands down when it comes to quality of food! No comparison! Sorry guys! 🫤

Got here at 7:50 with two cars in the drive through, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at 8:05 and was told it would take 6 minutes... Still sitting here at 8:20. After reading the reviews, sounds like this is a common issue for this location, don't come here if you're looking for fast food.
EDIT: Just got home and they didn't put any tomato on the sandwich and the most pathetic amount of lettuce I have ever seen. Don't go here if you want good food either.

Staff needs a major process change. Ordered online for a wings and things meal, went to pickup at the drive through and they asked me to pull up to wait. While waiting 12 cars got their orders. When they brought out my food the fries were very undercooked, still tastes like raw potatoes. I don't understand why an order being placed ahead of time online gets reprioritized so severely vs other drive through orders.

I ordered the chicken tacos, was excited to try them. For $10, I was very disappointed. I could have made this at home.
