I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service was almost immediate. Surprisingly, the Cobb salad I ordered was still fresh. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I felt genuinely welcomed, unlike many fast-food establishments that treat customers like burdens. There was an annoying beep from the soda fountain, but as a food worker, I understand that technical glitches can occur. Overall, it was a great experience, and considering the restaurant has 666 reviews, I felt compelled...

I grew up and lived most of my life in Lexington, so I was here when Zaxby’s came on the scene. I live in the St. Louis area now, where we have the Raising Cane‘s. Most people, including me, will tell you that Zaxby’s and Raising Cane‘s are pretty much a clone of one another (the fries are exactly the same, virtually the same menu, same Texas toast, etc) I decided to stop in at Zaxby’s while I was in town visiting family for Christmas. Canes beats Zaxbys hands down...

I been coming here at least once a week and there is always a nice young lady always trying to help.Her name is Melisa as her name tag states she is very personable, she's here most the time I come she treats me like I'm at home.Constantly smiling with a country voice but she's always doing something, but even if she not at the register, she always says hello and asks how my day is?GREAT SERVICE!!This ZAXBY'S food is hot, fresh and recently seen upgrades......
