I went inside for takeout 10/9/25 at 12pm, placed order well, but then saw my order sit in the window for 5 minutes. I told the cashier who was going back and forth between orders and taking orders, she said she had to take orders in lobby first. Instead of having someone take orders outside drive thru trying to be Chick-Fil-A, put staff at the order window instead so food doesn't sit there and it moves quicker, especially during lunch.

Michael was fantastic during my in-store pickup! He went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and ready, and he was so friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service was almost immediate. Surprisingly, the Cobb salad I ordered was still fresh. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I felt genuinely welcomed, unlike many fast-food establishments that treat customers like burdens. There was an annoying beep from the soda fountain, but as a food worker, I understand that technical glitches can occur. Overall, it was a great experience, and considering the restaurant has 666 reviews, I felt compelled...
