Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The loaded fries are amazing as always, but what I really wanted to review was the amazing drive thru worker! Because of her I know for a fact my two pups will get excited every time we pass by! Will absolutely be coming again! <3

Busy drive-thru on Lake Murray blvd, order 5 Buffalo Wing and fried shrimp. Enjoy the food. the cashier was rude, and she snatched the money out of my hands then dropped my change like she hated me here😪

this store has completely gone downhill. can’t even get things you ask for and the fries never have seasoning on them. nibblers are drowned in zax sauce even when i asked for no zax sauce. what a waste of money. live 5 mins from this zaxbys and ill gladly be driving to downtown lexington for better service and food at the other zaxbys location.

Order to go incomplete, I called and they just put me on hold. Check your order before you go home to not have this same experience.

The food was fresh and the flavor was good. Best part of the experience was the service. There was an employee by the name of Chris that served us. He was incredibly nice and inviting. Whoever is in charge needs to give him a raise.

Drive through. Service quick. Employees pleasant. Order was accurate.

They ran out of chicken and eggs. Waited 15 miinutes in line to order a grilled chicken sandwich and was told they ran out of chicken. HOW ABOUT PUTTING UP A SIGN saying out of eggs and chicken instead of me wasting my lunch hour time.

Food totally horrible after a 15 mile drive home. Tried to tell assistant manager “Sheena” about why it was bad on the phone. She immediately raised her voice and dismissed my complaint. Offered to share my receipt number etc. She didn’t want it asked what was wrong with the food then yelled at me! Lifetime customer loss!

We won’t be back to Zaxby’s even though I’ve been a fan for over 30 years. They used to have about 8 large sliced pieces of chicken in the salad, today there were 4. They used to give you two large slices of garlic Texas Toast, now it’s one slice of regular bread with some butter garlic on it. They fill the container with lettuce to make it look like nothing has changed, but a lot has changed. Today I paid over $10 for 4 pieces of chicken and a bunch of rabbit food, plus had to add more of my own dressing because I could barely taste the 3 packs they gave me. So, it looks like they’ve reduced the amount of dressing in their packets as well. People…don’t waste your money. Many grocery stores in town sell the same salads for half the price.
