Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went to the drive through , ordered eggrolls and a drink . Eggsrolls came out fast considering they are usually fried when ordered . Came out super burnt and management didn’t seem to care . He acted as if I was The problem , so I requested A refund instead of a remake just bc of his attitude . Seems like I got Charged again instead of refunded so I guess I be Disputing with my bank once it clears . Won’t ever come back to this store just bc management sucks . August 18 , 2025 1:30pm

Poor management. How do you run out of the single item you are promoting as brand new at 5:00? Terrible experience. Ordered online and pickup - they handed me the shakes first, which I thought was odd, but ok, it's fast food, it will be another minute. 10 minutes later they tell me their out of quesadillas which they are promoting left and right. OK, just give me the rest of my order. Another 5 minutes later they hand it to me and it's ok, you're done. I ask what I have to do for a refund on the item they didn't have. Oh, the manager is there somewhere, wait a bit. I said no, I'm not waiting any longer, I've now been sitting here for 15 minutes with milkshakes melting. They need a better manager because I don't blame the young kids working, they were doing their best, they just have poor leadership.

The loaded fries are amazing as always, but what I really wanted to review was the amazing drive thru worker! Because of her I know for a fact my two pups will get excited every time we pass by! Will absolutely be coming again! <3

Busy drive-thru on Lake Murray blvd, order 5 Buffalo Wing and fried shrimp. Enjoy the food. the cashier was rude, and she snatched the money out of my hands then dropped my change like she hated me here😪

this store has completely gone downhill. can’t even get things you ask for and the fries never have seasoning on them. nibblers are drowned in zax sauce even when i asked for no zax sauce. what a waste of money. live 5 mins from this zaxbys and ill gladly be driving to downtown lexington for better service and food at the other zaxbys location.

Order to go incomplete, I called and they just put me on hold. Check your order before you go home to not have this same experience.

The food was fresh and the flavor was good. Best part of the experience was the service. There was an employee by the name of Chris that served us. He was incredibly nice and inviting. Whoever is in charge needs to give him a raise.

Drive through. Service quick. Employees pleasant. Order was accurate.
