Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Sat outside for 17min for curbside even after checking in 3 times. They never came out. Finally went in and it was located where the indoor pickup orders are. Also, the order was incorrect, missing items. Every time we go to this location the orders have been incorrect especially with online orders. The food is not that good to keep dealing with all the frustration.

Best Zaxby’s and best management by far, coming from a longtime customer. Been coming here for 5+ years, but even more so now that birthday cake shakes are back.

The employees are always understanding and the food is always perfect; for the first time ever today they forgot something on my order but a MGR reached out to remake it for me same day. Best food best people, will be back a lot

Veterans day meal was just their signature sandwich. However, they served it with smile and a genuine appreciation. Very nice!!!

Where did the Tacos 🌮 go. They were delicious. Had to settle for a Cobb salad which is always good. Still though...Bring back the tacos!

Beware of water charge, absolutely absurd! I ordered food on the mobile app and couldn't find an option for water. Chick-fil-a has this option for a free medium water. I decided I will just order at the drive thru. I told them my name for mobile order and asked for a water. I got some change out because no figures there would be a slight charge, imagine my surprise when the young lady said $2.77. I asked if that was for the cup of water and she said yes it is their new policy. I apologized and let her know I no longer want it. Charging the same price for a water, from basically the fountain, as a soft drink is wild. No where else has ever charged me that for a cup of water. I'm sure many don't realize that when ordering with food, so beware. Another win for the other chicken place that not only gives you free water but gives more than one sauce for your chicken. Fifty cent even .75 sure but $2.77? They have lost their minds.

Don't have curbside pickup as an option if you won't actually bring it outside. This is the third time we have done curbside and had to go in and get it because it's been showing ready for ten minutes. By then it's getting cold.

Yes this is a first world problem, but I'm paying first world prices.

Chicken tenders are mediocre at best to be honest, however, i do like their fries & their chocolate chip cookies. The young staff seem to be friendly when I've been there though

Very disappointed tonight!! No one likes being ignored. I waited 20 minutes after when my food should have been ready, according to the app. That's a 35 minute cook time on 4 items. Maybe don't order using their mobile app. They are too concerned with drive thru to care about others. I had to ask for help. The cashiers looked at me about 8-10 times and never said a word. No one wondered why I was standing there for 20 minutes? Am I the only one that thinks that is REDICULOUS? I asked to speak to the manager to explain my plight. She had been in the kitchen stocking and cleaning, I was happy to see she was working and not chilling in the office. I let her know my problem. She said she was sorry. Ultimately the fault lands on the manager but it was clear the kitchen didn't make the ticket until asked and I had to flag down help to have them ask the kitchen to make the order. Gonna be a minute before I go back. I added the order number and time receipt.

Ordered 3 tacos, they left the cheese off the first time, had to turn around and go back. There was no flavor, minimal sauce and minimal basically everything. I had to get to work or else I would have just requested a refund because these look nothing like what is advertised. 0 out of 10

This place is AWESOME 😎 ! I love their relatively new item the cheesecake bites with strawberry sauce. Those things are yummy😋 ! The staff are very nice and go above and beyond to serve their customers. Y’all deserve my business!!😁😁

Every time I've been to Zaxby's, the service, food/order, has been on point. The staff that work the counter are courteous, awesome place. Also very clean, dinning room is well stocked with napkins, straws. Very impressed!

Went to the drive through , ordered eggrolls and a drink . Eggsrolls came out fast considering they are usually fried when ordered . Came out super burnt and management didn’t seem to care . He acted as if I was The problem , so I requested A refund instead of a remake just bc of his attitude . Seems like I got Charged again instead of refunded so I guess I be Disputing with my bank once it clears . Won’t ever come back to this store just bc management sucks . August 18 , 2025 1:30pm
