There service had been awful. My last 2 experience with deliver has turned me off from this restaurant. I don't know if i want to try one more. Last time I placed order through the app and when the driver got there was a closed sign. My experience before that I ordered one of the family bundles and when Drive got there they were out of chicken and wouldn't replace it with something else. Manager says they couldn't do that.

Been going there for several years, recently have been going and no one there don’t know why door was locked at 7pm and some mornings can’t get service at the drive threw so of course I go elsewhere. They always look closed but the service has gotten very poor, wish we had a better Burger King to go to.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews however I can’t help myself. Pulled up to the drive-through sat there for a little while, the lights on the menu weren’t lit and it wasn’t clear if it was the drive thru was even open. Said hello and the response was” can you give me a minute?” Sarcastically. I passed multiple McDonald’s just to come to this particular store because I prefer Burger King now I’m on the way to a McDonald’s where they’re not gonna talk to me like that. Burger King is going to go out of business if they don’t change the way they treat their customers.

I had a disappointing experience at this Burger King location. I am gluten-free, and I’ve always been able to request a burger without the bun at other locations without any issues. However, today, when I asked for a bunless burger, the staff told me they couldn’t accommodate my request because they didn’t have any containers to put it in. This was extremely frustrating and felt like an unnecessary excuse. I asked them if they could just wrap it up, along with a few other solutions and she was just extremely rude and made me feel like I was asking for a million dollars. You all just lost my business as it’s clear to me now that you don’t care about dietary restrictions. It’s one thing to be out of something, but to be straight up rude and nasty and give someone a hard time due to their diet is truly disgusting.

Rude and take forever and don’t get orders right

Just received my order after waiting 25 minutes. The gentleman that brought out my order apologized
and said that they were having issues with the fryer
I told him no problem ,and have a great evening. As I looked in the bag, I found that he brought me a totally wrong order, and the fries were already cold. I have to say that this is my last time coming here. I got a refund and went on my way.

The door was locked because the employee didn't want to work the lobby. But another employee came out and I came in. She was annoyed that I got in but took my order !

I drove up in the pouring rain no one answered so I drove to the window and ask if they were open. A nice young man confirmed they were and apologized. I decided to walk in the same young man took my order then prepared my food. The burgers and fires were both hot! I appreciate his ownership.

the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. Had to repeat my order several times to the cashier only to get my order wrong and the food was cold. The place was so dirty, there were dead flies everywhere and the place was smelly. I even saw the worker who was pulling up his undergarment while he was bagging the food with his bare hands. don’t waste your time there

Place looks abandoned.
All the doors were locked with no signs, went through the drive thru. I was told to wait to order, I'm the only car there. Placed my order, was of course not prepared correctly!

Went through this drive thru on 8/3. Waited nearly 15 min, No one greeted, or took my order. Got out of the car to enter restaurant and doors were locked. I left and went to McDonalds. The 2 cars behind me left also. I can understand why Burger King is always empty and losing customers, poor, poor customer service!!!
Also, last time I went there, my burgers were cold. Corporate called and said they'd send me a $25 gift card. That must be coming from China!
