I come to Myrtle beach yearly. We go on the dolphin sight seeing tour out of Little River. We stop at Matthews before the boat trip out every year. Great food at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Matthew's Pancake House | Breakfast • Lunch is a cozy, laid back pancake house that has been a goto breakfast house for many years. Popular among locals and tourists alike, the food is delicious, selection is wide, and the staff are EXTREMELY friendly. From ordering to food on table is 9 times out of 10 times under 10-15 minutes. The menu changes every so often so there's always something new to try. Beignets are perfect, pancakes are sweet, eggs are fluffy, and bacon is crispy. The French toast is so beautiful you will probably take a picture. The booths are comfy, and the environment is clean and family friendly. A top notch greasy spoon that you will talk about all afternoon. 2 people with full entrees and Beignets is $37.50 after tax. As is standard, cash price is lower than credit or debit. If you pass it up, you will be cheating yourself from the best breakfast in town.
