The building is old and very dated, but it's part of the feel. Almost like stepping back several years. Everything on the menu sounds tasty. I settled on the gypsy skillet with a biscuit and side of gravy. My guest ordered croissant french toast with strawberries. Both drank coffee (very good). My food was warm and flavorful, biscuit was soft and fluffy, gravy was yum. The french toast was very good and our eggs were eggcellent. I'm sure we'll be back to sample more of the menu. Our server was super friendly and checked on us throughout our meal. Portion size was enough that we both left full with half of our entree coming home as leftovers!

I decided to take my children there after I read so many reviews! All the food in the reviews looked great, so I had to try it out. We've passed by several times & it is always very busy...I'm so glad we chose Matthew's! Our food was hands- down the best breakfast we've had anywhere! The eggs Benedict was spot on! The creme Brulee French toast was amazing! My son had a burger & onion rings & said they were phenomenal. Our waitress was very attentive & easy going. The woman who cleaned up our table was also very kind. We will be back!

Food was a little pricey for me kids meals were about 9.00$ adults were about 12.00$ - 15.00$ food was good place was cleanOur bill was 75.00$ for 2 adults and 4 kids the kids split their meals.Another person in our group was 23$ with tip for one another person was 40$ for 1 adult and 2 two year Olds and a 5yo

Always great food!! We shared the peach cobbler pancakes which were apparently made with magical ingredients, absolutely delicious!! Also on the table was a skillet with ALL the things in it perfectly combined with three over easy eggs on top and rye toast. The staff seems to really enjoy working there ?

ohhhh myyyyy gooooddnneessss!! i read the reviews and because they were almost all 5 stars good in my heart, i was sure yelp would not let me down! and wowee was it good!!! and, i'm not ever even a breakfast person!! our server destiny was on top of everything and wonderful!! this is a keeper!! we will return.
