“We never miss coming here on our 5-6 visits to Little River/Myrtle Beach each year. The staff is welcoming, friendly, courteous and efficient. The restaurant is clean. The buffet is plentiful with a variety of southern specialties and the food is kept fresh by the attentive servers. Ordering off the menu is an alternative with daily specials for breakfast and lunch posted. We look forward to seeing the familiar faces each trip. Thanks. Evi and staff!“

“I come to Myrtle beach yearly. We go on the dolphin sight seeing tour out of Little River. We stop at Matthews before the boat trip out every year. Great food at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!“

“A great place for breakfast and lunch and soon dinner, the food was fresh and delicious, the Servers and staff were awesome and such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Tucked away from rt. 9 it is a hidden gem in a strip mall behind Taco Bell. It's more of a local spot but worth finding.“

The amazingly happy and kind servers taking time with each table , the kitchen staff smiling as they work , the great food being served ... and today home made eclairs were handed out to everyone in the restaurant in such a sweet way . “My family had an amazing breakfast here. I had a Belgium waffle with strawberries and bananas on it, with whipped cream and it was so good! my daughter had pancakes with apples on top and loved it. My son and husband had country fried steak with eggs and toast. The portions are generous and the food was homemade, just like grandma would make. The waitress was very nice and helpful, she repeatedly checked on us. I will definently be going back next time we go to Myrtle Beach!!“

“To me, this is the best spot in Calabash to get breakfast. It's absolutely my favorite! The owner and her staff are always amazing very attentive and super friendly. I've never gotten a bad vibe in there. My favorite dish is the shrimp and grits with a side order of smoked sausage, my husband loves the omelette and my son loves the Belgium waffles. I would love to give this establishment more than five stars. We will always continue to go here!“
