They could hire people who care about the customer, and their place of employment . 4/16 after a hard days work, I didn't feel like cooking, so we went to get a sub for dinner. 3 employees with Subway shirts on, out side smoking and talking with friends, NO ONE inside to wait on people. Not a 5 min break, not a 10 min break, or even 15 min. can't tell you how long, because I left, as did 2 other customers.
