It was a nice dinner, however our steak was closer to rare than medium. Shrimp a little overcooked and/or not fresh. Crabmeat not good. Service was great, appetizers and salad were on point, enviroment stellar. . Entrées and side dishes were a little lacking.

We dined at The Parsons Table on the evening of our wedding. We requested a quiet spot and we were seated in a small alcove that gave some privacy. Our meal was perfect ! Delicious. Good timing. Our server, Hannah, was delightful, attentive (but didn't hover), and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was charming. We highly recommend !!

Good was excellent! BUT, we ordered a bottle of wine from their ‘featured' list. Our waitress, Shannon, came back to say that they would not give us a bottle because they were almost out of that wine and offered it to us by the glass instead. We ordered a different bottle and asked if she would give us a partial discount on it because we could not have the one we wanted. The general manager refused any compensation. We think that is a poor decision because $5 has bought her some bad press. A different restaurant in the area offered us a bottle at the same price as the one we ordered which they were out of.

Always a first class experience!! The cornbread is always magnificent. Salad is Hardy and our steaks were cooked to perfection. Also, the Keylime and pecan pie was a perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience.

Great meal. We explained that one of us was gluten free and didn't do onions or garlic. I had written this in our open table reservation too. Both salads arrived with red onion pieces on top. Rest of dinner was fantastic!

We had a great dinner experience - 4 couples for my wife's birthday. We had been to Parsons before, but none of our other guests had been there. They were all duly impressed with everything. Our waitress was excellent: very attentive, friendly and informative. The appetizers and main entree dishes were all prepared to everyone's liking, so nothing but compliments to the chef. We will be back again.

We discovered The Parson's Table last year while on vacation in North Myrtle Beach. It is now our MUST GO TO restaurant while in NMB! The food is Amazing! The service is top notch! The history of the building is intriguing and the stained glass windows are stunning.

Some of the food was tremendous, especially the filet. However, the crab bisque was too lumpy and the shrimp cocktail skimped on the cocktail sauce. It is an unique atmosphere and the service was superb. We will be back.

A wonderful white table cloth restaurant in a old church. The food was great! The service and atmosphere outstanding. Pricey but for a special occasion well worth it.

It was a let down for us. We got the baked brie as an appetizer, it was okay but nothing special. The salad had wilted lettuce, the rack of lamb wasn’t cooked to the correct temperature for either of us and it seems like they don’t salt any of their food… I’m not sure if they’re catering only to an older clientele but it was disappointing for us unfortunately.

After several very good seafood dishes in the past, we were disappointed with the steak selections this time. Only average cuts of filet mignons along with average temperatures (medium vs.medium rare), would not recommend this great atmosphere for steaks.
