Hands down one of the best around over Duncan and Krispy kreme. The different flavors are beyond traditions of the normal donut. My favorite is the jalapeno and maple bacon. Don't let the name scare you or fool you it's got a bite that will awaken your tastebuds. The cake style donuts are made fresh daily and kinda off the beaten path but so very worth the find.
I visited Mondo Donuts for the first time a couple mornings ago and had a wonderful experience. I had my autistic niece with me and the owner (I’m assuming?) went out of his way to make us feel welcome. While placing our order, my niece described in great detail the kind of donut she would like…with blue icing, sprinkles, a gummy worm, and eyeballs. I didn’t even realize the owner was paying attention to her request until the rest of our order was ready and he surprised...
The owners are super nice. The chalkboard is just perfect for young customers and older ones as well. Lol. We got donuts this morning and they were delicious and everybody was so excited.
