I highly suggest this Sonic. Victoria & Joy we’re absolutely AMAZING. Very sweet young ladies who went above & beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Food was fresh & delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Give these girls a raise 💕
Let me start by saying Tiffany was truly an angel tonight!! I went to the sonic in columbia and paid $50 just to get hair in my chili cheese tots and chicken poppers, so disgusted and requested a full refund and gave them their food back.. drove to lugoff and met the manager Tiffany who apologized on their behalf, she was so friendly and really made my night so much better and the team she had working with her tonight we're very pleasant! Thank you Tiffany for the amazing customer...read full review

Sonic Drive-In has been a regular spot for many customers, with some visiting for several years. The service and attitude of the staff are generally commendable. However, there have been a few isolated incidents that affected the dining experience. One customer received cold tater tots and felt the response to their complaint was unsatisfactory. Another customer had issues with their order, which was incomplete and required them to wait longer and pay for the missing items. The customer also overheard staff members talking about them while they were still at the window. On a positive note, the lead staff member was recognized for her kindness in remaking a drink that was made incorrectly. Overall, while there have been some issues, the general consensus is that Sonic Drive-In offers a decent dining experience.
