The girl was sooooooooo loud on the headset asking to take my order thru the drive thru - I was like please turn your mic down you’re really really loud - she said we can’t control that. It’s too early in the morning to be that loud.

Surely there has to be a way that the volume on the mic can be adjusted or move the mic back from your mouth - cause it’s too loud!!!!!

This just happened Sunday, 10/13 @ 9am - whoever was on drivethru...

Everytime I go, something is always wrong with my order. Last time I went, I paid for my food, got my drink and waited. The food of the car behind me (we got the same thing, different sauces) was ready first and the lady gave it to me. I was about to pull away when she asked if I paid. I said yes but I saw the nasty look she gave me. I would have been ok with the different sauce, although I had to eat my chicken without any, but the way she acted just made me realize why I barely...

What can you say these days with these fast food restaurants struggling with help. With the right manager, things could be smoother, but we know they are trying. Much success to them!
