This used to be my go to place when the kids have late activities but the past three visits have been horrible. I always order ahead on the app for pick up and this most recent time was the worst experience. The employee working ignored me at the window for 10 minutes, even after making eye contact with me twice, then he wanted to argue about what drinks I ordered and still did not give me the correct drinks after I corrected him. After a few minutes of back and forth, I took my food and left only to discover my bag was missing the chips and the subs were made incorrectly. We will not be returning and management needs to look into the employee who they leave running the store.

I've never had any issues with my orders or the employees, my only issue was the screen that you order your items on was cracked and couldn't see anything, I noticed that it was fixed when I visited a few weeks ago 😊

Asked for the meat to be warmed up but it was cold, didn't taste good... and the price was higher for what I ordered!! It shouldn't cost 17 bucks... NOT RECOMENDED, NOT COMMING BACK.

Food wasn't ready at scheduled time. They were out of wraps and wasn't told until I got there. They did substitute for something else. Ordered steak and cheese where the meat wasn't warm at all. Tasted like it just came out of the refrigerator. Didn't want the bread toasted but the meat and cheese should have been at least warmed. Sub-par for a Subway establishment, but I guess good enough.

This subway used to be good and it seems like within the past two months they have new owners . My order is always messed up and the workers always have an attitude . Tried to give them another chance and once again my sandwich was made wrong and the cookies were old and hard.

I went to get a sub with a brand new coupon and they will not honor subway coupons so my 6.99 sub turned into 15.00 Not including the request for a tip.
I won’t be back but subway should honor subway coupons it’s false advertising. Nice people but why go here when you can use a coupon somewhere else.

Saw on the app that they were open until 10 PM and decided to just drive over instead of order online like I was about to. I’m super glad I didn’t pay ahead because when we got there, we walked in and they told us that they actually close at 9 and couldn’t serve us. If you close at 9, update the website and the app. I went to Duncan instead and will from now on.
