Young man taking our order mumbled and his hair was hanging in his face and all out of his viser. Front counter staff was rude as usual. Area around drink counter was a mess. SUPRISINGLY, our food was hot and well presented. Taste was also good. This location would be great with a staff that knew how to be courteous and not act like i as the customer was privaliged for them to wait on me.
Had a great impromptu birthday celebration tonight with about 20 people tonight. The manager, Jayshawn , was awesome! He made great recommendations on the Family packs, helped us move tables together, brought our food to us, was continually kind and helpful, and generally just took GREAT care of us! The food came out Fast 💨 and was great as usual. Zaxby’s needs to hang on to him- he is a great manager! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
