I’ve been many times out of convenience, but it’s my least favorite Chipotle in the area. The bowls are often light, the rice is often crunchy, and the order is often wrong.

I visit pretty regularly. Perhaps a bit too often. But the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place can be pretty packed with customers, but the staff never lose their cool. The food is good, especially the Al Pastor chicken (which definitely should be a permanent menu item).

So where do I start. I'll try to leave my personal comments out. My family and I ordered chipotle Monday of this week. We had 4 orders and all four where wrong. Needless to say. I should have stopped ordering from chipotle. The third time I was sent brown gacc when ordering online. The service is different and more expensive when you have your food delivered. So when it gets there and it's wrong. That's a whole different feeling then. Please hire an adult minded manager. Or at least have someone in charge. Thanks.Feeling cheated and violated.

I will not be going to this location anymore. Everytime I order online it is incorrect or they don’t have the ingredients I ordered. This is the 3rd time. Asked to cancel my order and was directed to online bot, which takes days to get back to you. Shame on me for going to this location again. No wonder the reviews here are abnormally low.

First time customer coming to their drive thru. I was told they can't take my order. I needed to use the app or come inside. So I ordered online and pick It up by some rude employee that just says " what the name?" And literally tosses me my food. I open it up to what I ordered three tacos and it looked like a salad. Did it taste good? Yes it had good flavor but looked well not like three tacos really. Just like most other fast food in Mauldin keep driving....nothing special here.

Drive through order: We’ve ordered twice now from this chipotle and they always leave off something in our order. The first time it was guacamole; this time it was fajita veggies. I was just sad to be missing a huge part of my meal. And there were red onions in my order which I did not ask for. I’ve gone in before and ordered and never had a problem, so whoever is running drive through is getting away with a lot.

This location is consistently A DISAPPOINTMENT! My husband has been here on several occasions around 09:15 PM and we’re told they were closed eventhough the posted hours say 10:00 PM. I understand things happen when you may run out of items every now and then but that’s when management needs to check inventory/order points, etc. Tonight we visited this location and when we walked in, we were told that they were only accepting online orders. Ok, we go back to the car, place an online order and wait 20 minutes and go to the drive through to pick it up. As my husband is about to drive off, I asked for vinaigrette and the guy at the window said they were out. I asked if they were really out or if they just didn’t want to go back to fix me one. As I’m speaking to the guy, my husband is checking out bowls. Literally everything was missing from our bowl. We ordered a steak bowl and the guy said they were out of that so he just didn’t bother to give us anything but rice and lettuce, yet charged us full price for steak bowls. The gentleman at the window explained that they just had a bad day and were out of everything. I explained to him that communication is key in the event that they are out of something because nobody wants to get home and be disappointed with their food after a long day of work.

I ordered lunch online for two, arrived about 2 minutes after my pick up time, and my order was ready. I was greeted when I walked in and my food was handed to me with a smile! From what I saw, the dining area of restaurant was clean and felt welcoming. Both orders were correct and the proportions were great!
