First time customer coming to their drive thru. I was told they can't take my order. I needed to use the app or come inside. So I ordered online and pick It up by some rude employee that just says " what the name?" And literally tosses me my food. I open it up to what I ordered three tacos and it looked like a salad. Did it taste good? Yes it had good flavor but looked well not like three tacos really. Just like most other fast food in Mauldin keep driving....nothing special...read full review

Drive through order: We’ve ordered twice now from this chipotle and they always leave off something in our order. The first time it was guacamole; this time it was fajita veggies. I was just sad to be missing a huge part of my meal. And there were red onions in my order which I did not ask for. I’ve gone in before and ordered and never had a problem, so whoever is running drive through is getting away with a lot.

This location is consistently A DISAPPOINTMENT! My husband has been here on several occasions around 09:15 PM and we’re told they were closed eventhough the posted hours say 10:00 PM. I understand things happen when you may run out of items every now and then but that’s when management needs to check inventory/order points, etc. Tonight we visited this location and when we walked in, we were told that they were only accepting online orders.
