Hearing the manager "K" (Kenzie?) berate an employee who was trying to help me as a customer was shocking and disgusting. I ordered ahead over 3 hours and they still made me wait over 30 minutes for my food, then forgot a big item in the order. When they brought it out it was still missing several components further delaying my order. Never visiting this location again. The manager's treatment of her employee and the situation was the worst I've seen.
They’re advertising stuff, that they don’t even have a way to ring up!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
The chicken was wonderful when they first opened the store. It was the best I had ever eaten anywhere! Something changed and the last several times the food wasn’t edible. I kept trying hoping I just went at an off time. The chicken was dry, biscuits were hard, and slaw was not fresh. I will not go back.
