I show up at opening and during the afternoons on my days off. The crews are friendly and welcoming. Both the ladies each morning, and the afternoon bunch have been nothing but kind and warm with each visit.Most people rate on food and speed, but it is the people that make make the desire of continued business that much better. Brooklyn is awesome! This morning was my 2nd visit. I am new at this coffee thing. My visit I explained what I liked and she created me a drink. She did say... now look at the ticket on your cup for next time. Well, I didn't. So, thank goodness she was working today. I was in awe as she remembered me and my drink. Made my day and what I now call "The Brooklyn" was delicious. I hope I am spelling her name correctly.

This place is in dire need of new management by someone who can train employees to have customer service skills. The young girl that they have on the front register right now who's only been there for about a week is absolutely rude. Twice this week, it has taken 20 minutes to get munchkins, not even a drink. It will be quite some time before I try to go there again. If I walk in and see her I will turn around and leave.
