Had an uber eats pick up for 3 sweet tea's. I had to cancel the order because no one acknowledge that I was there. The associate walked to the front to help two other customers but not once did she see if I needed help. Also she was rude to the other customers. Do better. The Augusta Rd location is far more better.
We went through the drive thru this evening and ordered a very specific order. I'm assuming the guy taking the order just didn't hit the button to add the addon, which was fine. But when we mentioned it to the other worker they acted like we were trying to get over on them. As we were driving away he had the audacity to yell out for us to "pay for it". B we thought we had. The staff wasn't even paying attention the majority of the time, they tried to give us someone else's order...read full review

This was my first stop at this McDonald's and it was a great one! The food was prepared perfectly and piping hot!
