This McDonald's make Mauldin look real bad!!! Shut it down!! Opens at 4am. Myself and 3 other cars pull up at 6:20am. No service. We are all currently at Hardee's. Management sucks and it's very unorganized at McDonald's. Can't keep good help because of management. GHETTO AND RUDE

I wouldn't know how food, service, or atmosphere is because I couldn't get served. So I go online to see what time they close and it says midnight. Well it's only going on 11 and the menu screens are off and nobody will answer either. Sat there for about 5 or 6 min. Seems they could have said something. Plz fix your website so people like me won't be looking forward to Mickey D's fries and burger to be let down

The service is one of the worst I have ever had, the person who placed the order tomorrow without energy and without the will to serve the customers, there is only our table and we waited a long time for the food, a person approached to order and they did not take his order
This was my first stop at this McDonald's and it was a great one! The food was prepared perfectly and piping hot! The staff were friendly and professional.Edited because my 2nd visit at lunchtime was not good. They were supposedly out of what I ordered. But, instead of telling me, they just gave me something different. When I questioned it and asked for what I ordered instead, they were not happy about being questioned. Food was still good, but the experience overall definitely went sour.

Had an uber eats pick up for 3 sweet tea's. I had to cancel the order because no one acknowledge that I was there. The associate walked to the front to help two other customers but not once did she see if I needed help. Also she was rude to the other customers. Do better. The Augusta Rd location is far more better.

Can’t get a simple order right
This was my first stop at this McDonald's and it was a great one! The food was prepared perfectly and piping hot!
