I show up at opening and during the afternoons on my days off. The crews are friendly and welcoming. Both the ladies each morning, and the afternoon bunch have been nothing but kind and warm with each visit.Most people rate on food and speed, but it is the people that make make the desire of continued business that much better. It is Dunkin, after all. Nobody should expect a bougie French cafe or Italiano scene. The workers are people just like you and me. They have good days, bad days, and go through the daily ups and downs. Give people a break. The world is far too broken to continue chipping away at the little things

Was a chaos, Staff were super unprofessional. Ordered a Hot Coffee (cream and sugar) a sparkd energy (berry burst) and 2 glazed donuts. well the coffee was absolutely terrible aswell as it had no sugar or cream! and the sparkd energy drink came the wrong flavor! only thing they got right was the donuts. I tried telling them about my incorrect order and they yelled at me and told me to buy anoter one. Will never be coming back to this location ever again!

Probably some of the rudest people in customer service. I know it’s a hard job, but you cannot treat people like garbage. You will like your job a lot more if you treat people kindly:)

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I put in a mobile order at 6:52am on Wednesday morning. I get there at 7:10. 18 minutes to make one iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. How hard can it be right? I get there, wait 10 more minutes until I was asked what I ordered. She goes to the mobile order printer and there is at least 15 mobile orders they have not taken care of. Really? Mobile ordering is supposed to be faster. Boy was I wrong! This location is also very unorganized, workers don't know what they're doing, and very rude and incompetent. On top of that, there are huge and roaches inside, yuck!

Try serving customers until closing. Went out out of way to get some donuts here and they closed 10 min early. I guess they sold all of their donuts. If I would have known this I would have gone to Greenville.

I get an extra large hot coffee every single morning. I ask for creamer and sugar (5 creams and 5 sugars) and my coffee tastes like dirt water. I will no longer be going to this Dunkin due to their inconsistency. If you can’t make coffee I don’t know what you can do. It’s really not that difficult people.

I honestly cannot believe how this location continues to stay open. My son specifically wanted Dunkin last Saturday and so I placed an order on the app for pumpkin munchkins, , another grouping of assorted munchkins and a coffee roll. We arrived, and the nice girl behind the counter had to tell us that they did not carry or were out of more than half of what I had placed the order for. Sadly, what they did have a what is not what we came for so I just requested that they refunded the prepaid online app. She went to get the manager and the manager was so incredibly rude and basically faulted me for placing an app order for some thing they don’t carry. As if I were to know based on their app, what they were out of stock of and what they don’t carry at that location…. obviously the app isn’t in sync with their availability. This is not my fault. Isn’t that what the app is for? Why did I deserve the attitude? Honestly I don’t know and I didn’t even show 1 ounce of frustration that they didn’t have what I ordered. I just wanted a credit for what I pre-paid on the app. So to have an attitude like that, come from a manager was extremely off-putting. She said I had to go through the app to request a refund or cancel the order, rolled her eyes and walked off. I go to the app to cancel the order and that was not an option, I go to the app to request customer assistance that was not working, I tried this on and off all weekend and at the end of it the eight dollars that I spent was not worth the level of annoyance that this caused and the amount of frustration that that manager caused.It’s just donuts. Try and make it an enjoyable customer experience.I still never got my money back and that visit was a reminder of why I do not do business with Dunkin’ Donuts, particularly that location.
